This office does not notify you of extra charges. We have excellent vision coverage, a policy that only requires a $15 copay for an eye exam and $25 copay for lenses. And yet I ended up paying a $98 copay for my exam because I was unaware that the retinal photos were extra and not required (especially for a 24-year-old) nor was I asked whether I wanted the contact exam or told it was an extra $20 charge even though I was just trying on my same old contacts that I knew fit me. And then I was not told why my lenses would cost $100 above and beyond the copay. Make sure to ask about any extra charges, because you will not be told what is "extra" and not required or covered.

Dr. K. is a really competent, caring physician. I have had a couple of minor hitches with glasses from them over the years, but in every instance the issues were corrected promptly and courteously. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good eye care practitioner.

Dr. Brown is the best. She always gets me in and out quickly. The staff is also great at helping you pick out frames. They arent afraid to tell you what looks good and what doesnt - but in a subtle way. Highly recommend. Plus, there is a subway next to this location.
