I wish I had a great review to report. I went to the Mt Juliet store last year before vacation and bought a pair of Ray-Ban glasses and prescription sun glasses. My wife bought prescription sun glasses as well. I think we spend well over a thousand dollars. We werent told the the polarization on the sun glasses caused the lens to distort. So neither one of get much use out of the sun glasses. Then I got cracks in the arms of my glasses that broke off ( please remember only about a year old). So I call the store and they rudely told me that I did not get the 1 year warranty on the glasses. I have been a eye glassware all my life...never have I ever had frames fail so quickly. Very unhappy.

I wanted to write a review praising the staff at this particular location. I work for an outpatient mental health facility often locating resources for my clients. One main resource being eyeglasses. Ive had the pleasure of working with the staff through their GS program in which is one of the best programs for my clients in need of glasses. Tom and Debbie King are AMAING, I appreciate all you do for the community by providing excellent services, to my clients and others in need of glasses. The service is always fast, accurate and friendly. Thank you all again!

I stopped going here last year. I went to WALMART of all places and received better service and better glasses! The last pair of glasses I got here took over a month to come in. I called repeatedly and was told they did not understand what was wrong, when I finally did get my glasses, the lens SUCK! I could barely see out of them! I have worn glasses for 42 years....never again will I buy from Lenscrafters

I have never had such good service and quality product than HERE at Lenscrafters with Dawn the manager over Mt Juliet and Greenhills Mall. The whole staff including Dawn went well out of their way to make an ardjourous experience, pleasant and quick. People litterly were lined out the door for their services and smile.... WOW
