The doctors depending on who you get are usually okay. Id much rather see Dr Franklin at Franklin family eye care, but its hard to schedule an appointment with him around my schedule so unfortunately I came here instead. BE CAREFUL and know your prices and insurance copays BEFORE you go. The sales reps, especially the Tall gentleman with thinning hair will over charge you for frames you did not choose and will talk bad about you right there to other employees if you take too long picking frames or dont pick the more expensive brands. I understand its his job to upsell the frames and lenses, but if I come in knowing what my insurance will pay for and you try to take advantage of me I will call you out on it! Miraculously after I told him twice the price he was giving me was not correct the price changed. After calling him out he started entering the sku#s to the actual frames I had picked which brought the price down to what it should have been. If you can avoid this place!

Overall experience was very good. They always seem to be busy so that says a lot. I just wish their Saturday hours were a bit longer and stay open to 8p or 9p instead of closing at 530p. That just seems crazy as most people are off and out shopping, running errands, getting a bite to eat and they close at 530p. They have a great selection of frames, but like all of the other big name brands stores, you are going to pay close to $300 for frames and lenses. There are several online places where you can get a complete set for $100 and will even send you 5 pairs to try free with free shipping so you can try before you buy. But... if you want the personal attention of a dedicated person to walk you through the process then this is a good place to go too. I think I will but my next set from Warby Parker as the prices are stylish and much more reasonable.

Went for glasses with a prescription I got from a different doctor. Glasses came back wrong (the scrip was WAY off.) I went back in and had a walk-in eye exam. The wait was very long, but I was a walk in on a Friday, that made sense. The doctor was quick, did a great job and they replaced my glasses for free. Every single person Ive met (about 6-7 at this point) has been very friendly. Sometimes they get busy and the wait is a little long, but overall this place is among the best.

Had a noon appointment, had to walk out at 12:45 as Dr entered another room to see patient ahead of me. Was never informed that they were behind and no apologies were ever given. There are far too many offices nearby to justify such a wait. If you are intending to have an exam during your lunch break make sure you allow a few hours to do so. I work in customer service and felt that they had ample opportunity to explain wait times and offer alternatives.

Purchased round frames from eyebobs website and they filled them for me! No questions asked! They did an awesome job! One thing is DO NOT JUST WALK IN you will wait until everyone else goes and you could be waiting for hours. Get an appointment and make sure to give yourself some wait time. Other than that they have been our go to place for years and never fails to do an awesome job.

This was my first time getting glasses. I must have tried on every single pair LOL. They were very patient with me. Mine had to be sent off but they came in in the time they said it would take. My Dr was very nice and answered all my questions. He even gave me some insight on mapping which I think will be beneficial for my son. Overall I was very satisfied!

Went here with my wife and service was terrible. Took a long time to get an exam, we were initially told 10 minutes, it took over 45 to see us. I want impressed with the testing process or glasses they offered, prices were pretty steep for the quality. Went over to lens crafters and got glasses there, much better experience and faster service.

This was my first time here but i am never coming back to this location. Been here for almost 2 hours now and havent even seen the doctor. Taking 2 hour lunch break and the staff doesnt even check on you while youre in the waiting area. It doesnt take that long to get your eyes examed. I had to give a star but its actually 0

Great customer service. I had an appt at 6 on a Friday. Any dr. Office is a little behind at the end of the day. I really didnt have to wait that long. They were very apologetic for any kind of wait. I used that time to pick out my glasses so by tje time my exam was over, we just had to discuss what type of lenses.

Customer Service is not good. Had an appointment for 3:00 pm. Waiting until 3:35 to be call. Mean while another customer walked said he was early as his appointment was at 5:00 pm and they took him right in. The front office have a I do not care attitude and are more interested in their personal conversation.

Worst location by far! Terrible customer service! Ive used Visionworks in Rivergate for years and have been happy, but this location makes me want to find a different company entirely. If zero stars was an option thats what Id give. Definitely look elsewhere.

Had apt at 11:30. Other patients were let in before me because "it wont take them as long". Did not get in to see the doctor until after 1pm. If it werent for having broken glasses and not being able to see well enough to work I would have walked out.

Had appointment and Dr was great but staff not so much. Feel as if I was getting pushed into getting way more than I needed and way more than my insurance would cover. Took my script elsewhere to save money.
