Things by their name, I when to the store because my wife recommended and Kevin is the Bomb, that guy took his time to explain me show me each charge, explain all my benefits, he told me about buying 1 pair with my insurance and the second 50%. I took it, Kevin makes my day and the best customer experience ever. I as a Veteran Marine got a discount and he recognize my IDs, the Doctor was awesome and took time with me and 2 weeks later after purchase one of the Oakley a rubber broke and Oscar request a new pair under guaranteed. All this 3 people make a great customer service I recommend this place to all my coworkers since they take our insurance. But guys I am telling you when go to this place ask for Kevin or Oscar, you will have a great service.

Where do I began? First they got us in last min. Then I get to meet a kind, helpful, funny, woman of God! Mayole (Did not spell her name right)She made me laugh! She was simply awesome! It took a bit but there were 3 of us with a last minute appt. Great selection of frames! Exam time: doctor was super nice! Very personable and funny!!! When we were done with our exam we went to finalize the paperwork with Oscar. Great guy! Reminds me of Jackson from Greys Anatomy. We will be going back! Excellent service! Great place!

5 star for the optometrist. O for the company. Went back twice to get the correct prescription ordered. Charged for anti reflective coating but was never coated. I had them tested. Ive been wearing glasses with for over 30 yrs and the inventory of frames were the worse from any location I purchased eye wear from. Some staff members need to work on their service skills. Indifferent and blase attitudes. Called corporate office in Tampa 3 times to discuss but calls were never returned.

Great experience. Great deals. Great staff.my first experience I went for the 2 for $78 glasses. Got exactly what I wanted and no surprise extra charges. Today I went for contacts. getting an appointment was easy and no crazy wait times. The doctor was quick, yet very informative and detailed. There is one women, GLADYS, I hope I remember her name right. Was SUPER helpful. I had a problem with my insurance and she went beyond to help me with what I was trying to do.

Every time I walk in this place I get ignored. The place wasnt even full. A simple "we will be with you shortly" would be nice. Their advertisement are misleading. The prices are not for a pair of glasses like they advertise, its for the frames only. after paying for the frame the lenses and whatever requirements you need like scratch proof etc. you are walking out of there paying almost three times the amount advertised.

Scheduled an appointment a week and a half before the day...showed up at my scheduled appointment time and the doctor already left. No call or anything to let me know...are the employees and the doctor not aware theres a schedule book to follow. Usually people get to work and check to see when the first and the last appointments are. Rescheduled with them but definitely taking my business elsewhere.

I purchased glasses in November with Insurance from Oscar both times I had interactions with him he said that I had insurance on my glasses now that its February and they already have their money I need some repairs done and I go in there and they tell me I dont have insurance on my glasses but want me to pay another $25 to put it on there when I already paid for once nothing but a bunch of thieves

First i must say...that my experience with Melissa at eyeglass world in kissimmee was excellent and very pleasing. Dont come here and waste your time. I had no one attend me and felt very much ignored throughout my experience. After taking several minutes to choose frames with the hopes someone would finally attend me, I got the run around and then somehow ignored again. I finally reached my limit and just walked out.

They were very pleasant. The wait time was pretty standard for a medical facility - nothing outrageous. I feel pretty prompt. They have a decent inventory of glasses. I took my 12 yr old there. The optometrist was amazing with her. I really liked him. Very well experienced. Overall, Id recommend them.

Called and ask if my provider was in-network and they said yes. Got there and the first thing they said no. But they still take it but reduce. Why lie to people and make the drive to your location. Zero stars for me!!
