I purchased a pair of glasses July 2014 from St Cloud Optical and the lens been falling out since, 4 times in 1 year and6 months. They have changed the lens, changed frames and still the probleM persists. I am now requesting a new style of frame as its obvious that these are defective and I am being given the run around and a dismissive attitude and I was even charged while my glasses were under warranty. Dishonest! Wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy! Modern day highway robbery! Please take your business elsewhere!

Dr. Mazlin made a set of glasses for my wife that she couldnt see out of. He made her get another appointment to perform yet another eye exam. During the second exam he was very arrogant and talked down to my wife. He made a second pair of glasses with no explanation as to why the first pair was incorrect. My wife had the same experience with the second set of glasses, and we were basically told too bad. We were also refused a refund. Believe the negative reviews here, they are most likely true.

The customer service was awesome , Ive been coming here for about 5 years naw and Ive never had a problem with my glasses if anything they make sure Im happy with my glasses and my vision is perfect. I dont see where all this negativity reviews comes from they are so far the nicest and professional eye center Ive ever experienced. Im assuming you cant please everyone. But thank you Dr mazlin and optician techs for making me and my whole family galsses we loves you guys.

Dr. Jack Mazlin was very arrogant. I had a bit of blur in one eye when he checked my vision. He then gave me a Rx for eye glasses. I questioned why he would prescribe glasses when he couldnt make adjustment on he eye machine to clear my vision and asked him to check the eye again. He said, NO I HAVE ALREADY CHECKED IT. I would have taken 1-2 min to recheck. Thats not how to take care of you customer of over 10 years. Thats why he gets 1 star.

Forgot how much I love this place! Used to come here through high school under my parents insurance, they were always so helpful and treated us amazing. When our insurance changed we had to go somewhere else to be covered, now that I am on my own I came back! They are reasonable with pricing, beyond helpful and friendly. Would never go anywhere else!

Well, in my opinion this place is very expensive. They drain your insurance and your pocket, had to do my eyes exam twice and the service was not good at all. I didnt like that place and will not use them again.

Do not get glasses here.... They gave my wife, sons and daughter the wrong prescription doing more damage to their eyes. Extremely unhelpful and rude
