my family and I have been getting our eye exams for many years at the Walmart off of French Ave .Dr Erik Buckley has no compassion for his customers. He examined my eyes on January 28 th he fitted me and a new type of contacts that has silicone in it. I explained to him that I was allergic to the silicone in the contacts he advised me that there was different types of silicone in contacts so went ahead and tried them. After they were in my eyes for several hours my eyes begin to itch really bad . Called Walmart explain to them what was going on she told me that the doctor said keep them in for a couple days sometimes it takes time for your eyes to adjust to the contacts . So I kept them in for a couple days called Walmart told him I couldnt wear them anymore they were really bothering my eyes. So the doctor put me back in my original contacts I was previously wearing told me to wear them for about a week. Because my eye prescription changed. Went Back to see the doctor I told him ever since I had to silicone contacts in my eyes my right eye is really bothering me and it was really red. He put some die and my eyes to check them out. He seen that I had several scratches in my eye just blow my pupil. He told me not to wear the contacts for the weekend just wear my glasses. If my eye was still read Monday he would write me a prescription for the inflammation. Call the doctor Monday told him I was still read he told me it would be $45 for him to write me the prescription. To me that are showing me he has no compassion hes more into the money then making sure his customer is taking care of . He didnt say anything to me at all that Saturday about paying any more money he told me he would write me a prescription to help my eye out. My family and I will never ever go back to Walmart vision center hes given Walmart vision center a bad name ..... Dr Erik Buckle should be ashamed of himself !!!!!!!!

My fiance and I came in today so he could order his new contacts and get glasses Tammy A. Was the lady that helped us she was so nice and helpful with making a decision on what glasses would be best for him she wasnt pushy and rude like we have experienced here in the past we will definitely come back here again thanks Tammy A. For making it such a pleasant experience

The entire staff and Doctor were all very friendly and helpful. They were also very patient while I learned how to put in contacts for the first time. They have a clean facility and I didnt have to wait long. Overall, a great experience!
