I normally dont post reviews, but after the appointment I had and knowing I look at reviews online, I thought Id share. I have a TERRIBLE fear of doctors. Always have. However, todays appointment wasnt a stuffy office with desk people who ignored you and a doctor who rushed you out after a 5 minute "chat". I came in early to fill out my new patient information and noticed they seemed very busy. Although there was a fair amount of people and it was obvious they were running behind, the women at the counter were so friendly and talkative that it passed time while waiting for other patients to finish. All of them were so sweet, they made me feel as though Ive been going there for numerous years. When I got into the doctors office the wonderful women said the normal "doctor line" of "the doctor will be in shortly to see you" which in the majority of the doctors I have been to not only for myself but for my son means "have fun keeping yourself busy in an empty room for half an hour", but nope, he came not five minutes later. He was so friendly, even cracked a few jokes, and made me feel so comfortable which, like I mentioned before, isnt easy as I have serious "white coat" fear. What a lovely experience and I will be recommending anyone I know that needs a new eye doctor to go see him. It was also very fairly priced! Especially since I do not have insurance. Keep it up guys!

Dont go there if you want good quality work !!!!!!! Left without lenses since I got a refund and with a damaged frame because they had trouble taking out the screw that didnt belong in that frame to begin with !! So my metal frame is scraped on the top and the side....the problem started when I went to pick them up and they werent ready because the inspector failed to notice that one lense was not fully done (rolled and polished which was obvious by looking at it) and a screw put in that didnt belong was so long it was sticking out and wasnt cut short. I go back to find they did another lense for it and this lense was also not right it because it had a GAP in the top right corner between the frame so obvious again that its not correct! Since when do glasses have gaps in between the frame and lenses? So disappointed being thats its my favorite Bebe Metal frame!! Loved it so much I bought the same frame again after years of having the same one! And to make matters worse they couldnt even refund the cost in the original form of payment!

I came here on the 21st of September for an exam and possible glasses. The lady at the front desk was so unorganized and scatterbrained, despite her name tag saying she had worked there for 10+ years. She left my license in the scanner and didnt realize it. She also struggled to use the eye equipment in the back. The doctor was absolutely wonderful; easy going and kind, very professional! The lady helping me choose my glasses & lenses was rushing me because "there were more patients to be helped." Excuse me? This is my hard earned money Im spending at your store, the least you could do is ACTUALLY help me instead of rushing me on my first time ever getting glasses. Its now October 2nd and my glasses still arent ready for pick up.

Dr Brantley is the kindest, professional eye doctor Ive ever seen. The associates at the Vision Center are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Ive consulted with Maria countless times, always very professional and pleasant. What a gem!
