Snowtea Frost

The service I received from two male employees at target optical in Sanford were very understanding and extremely helpful. However there was a problem with the glasses and when I returned I was helped by an elder female worker. She was not only extremely rude but disrespectful and mocked my friend and I. She also raised her voice and dropped her glasses on the desk because she didnt like the fact that we were taking our time explaining her the situation with glasses. A person like this should not be employed where customer service on both parties is crucial. I can even name her here but Ill give her the courtesy of not doing that. My friend and I will not return here again.

I have brought my teenage daughter here two years in a row, this year my son and I also saw Dr. Bevers. Super easy to schedule our appointments online. Dr. Bevers is great! She has a sweet and friendly personality! The entire staff was super efficient and very friendly! I have sent friends and coworkers to Dr. Bevers, and I will continue to recommend!
