Cashier was extremely rude to my 15 year old who thought the garbage can out front was for garbage. I have made a habit of shopping this store as they have been around for ever... even with the disorganized and dusty shelves, I have always found the atmosphere to be friendly. Using profanity in front of other customers when describing what was an honest mistake and making a kid feel like a piece of dirt is enough to ensure I will never buy another thing from your store!

The folks at Flair have been the most helpful since my move to Milford 8 yrs ago. If I have an issue, or a question, or a problem, they have an answer or solution for me. The entire staff is so helpful and patient as I explain the "doo hicky" I need. The young gals who work there are not only impressively and extremely knowledgeable about the business, but lovely & pleasant. As a single female, Flair has made it easier for me to live here in the Poconos.

Since moving from Queens to Milford, I have always been happy with my experience here. The woman who works there has always been extremely helpful when it came to my bathroom sink bursting and I needed a part to when I needed new deadbolts. I am happy that Flair is in the neighborhood and always know I will be helped when walking through the door.

This is a nice little privately owned hardware store that sells everything from lumber and building supplies to general hardware. Their prices can be quite a bit higher than the national chains but thats the cost of shopping local.

Very poor customer service.I ordered wood pellets and six weeks later I still dont have them.they give no indication when I receive my order and have stopped taking my phone calls. I definitely do not recommend.
