Living close I can agree with all of the reviews. The owner is sometimes in a bad mood but he has just about everything which helps instead of driving 15 minutes to Home Depot. I actually went to Home Depot, lowes, and tractor supply before I was able to find a washer for a 1.5 inch bolt. Its convenient and has the odd things you need. You just have to work around his old fashioned way of doing things, which make him a pain to work with sometimes.

We called a week in advance to reserve a U-Haul, the man said it would be available for the 3 days we needed it. When we got there he said we had to bring it back the next day, no exceptions. This put us in a terrible predicament, costing us time and money! Dont use this store, for neither hardware or U-Haul. He was rude and unsympathetic untop of completely unhelpful. Avoid this place!

Got a GREAT old-school hose nozzle (the kind you twist, brass, remember those?) there and it works perfectly. Made in China, but so far so good, Ill check back in a few years. Perhaps its best to get in there, and see if you think their merchandise is truly differentiated from the run-of-the-mill superstore (whose service, btw, probably is much worse).
