Went in looking for an exact match for a screw & nut. I asked the guy behind the counter for help & he said its self-serve & pointed to the aisle that contained a million different screws, nuts, etc. I went back to the guy & said I really need help finding what I need, and his response was "We cant spend 30 minutes looking for a 30 cent piece. Its self-serve". I said you shouldnt sell them then if your not willing to help customers. I walked out & will not be returning.
