Very Unpleasant Experience! I got a groupon deal for 60 days BJs membership card with $10 gift card online. A lady in the customer service helped me to register my information when I was there. After she was done, she handed me only the membership card and told me i was all set. I didnt ask her about my gift card and left, because I thought she put the credit in the membership card. Not until my friend told me they should give you a real card did I realize that she didnt give me. So I went back, and asked her about it. Guess what she said. "You forgot it at the counter", and then she took the gift card out of her own pocket. I forgot it? 1) you never mention about the gift card 2) you never put it there. What a liar! What a pity the BJs hired such a dishonest staff!

Man at the meat counter relentlessly pressured my 75-year old father into buying a tenderloin for Christmas. He lied about the quality and the marbling. Kept saying "if you want to ensure quality, get this one. Its better than Prime." BETTER THAN PRIME, people. Seriously?! To make it even more offensive, slapped on the label printed BY BJs is USDA SELECT in block caps. USDA Select grade has little to no marbling, and is commonly used in "brand name" grocery store ground beef. Were going to have to shell out another hundred dollars buying something that wont have the same mouthfeel as a leather belt. Rest assured it wont be at your store. Way to go, BJs of Cary, padding your damn margins by bullying an elderly man into wasting his money.

SERVICE: Steve P from the Cary, NC member services desk assisted us last Sunday. My goodness, this guy was AWESOME. TOTALLY AWESOME! He was so helpful, friendly and KIND! It actually shocked me that customer service this good still exists. Im gonna keep calling his superiors to shout his praises because BJs needs to know what they have in him. PRICES: We have had COSTCO membership in the past and enjoyed them. We have visited SAMs club with a friends pass; But BJs won us over. NONE of the others can beat BJs prices. BJS offers gigantic discounts with their own coupons HOWEVER they also accept manufacturer coupons - MEANING you can double up on those two. WHO DOES THAT?? Just BJS!! I LOVE U GUYS! Cary, NC Location.

Good prices. Only problem I have is the attached Monroe auto shop. We have annual safety inspections required by the state of NC. My brakes failed inspection - that was expected. They had 70,000 miles them. Monroe quoted brakes for my truck at nearly $400. I called around and receive 5 other quotes for around $180. I had the work done elsewhere, and when I went back for a reinspection the manager had the audacity to tell me I should have given him a chance. That he would have met the others prices. I shamed him (inappropriate for this review) in front of several customers and will not go back to Monroe.

I love how everything in the Cary BJS is very organized and its clean. As soon as you walk in the door it smells clean and you are greeted with a smiling face. Going up and down the Ailes you come across very pleasant customers that are also always smiling. Checking out is always crazy because I go during the busiest times but, the cashiers are always friendly and nice to me. I always shop here. Its a great customer service environment!

I came here with no knowledge of glasses and what I needed to do. I lwt the lady know this and was clear that I wanted guidance. She offered it but only with me really asking her all the questions. Wish she would have offered up more knowledge to me. Other then that...they had a large selection and great prices.

Ive been going to BJs for years. Ever since it opened at Crossroads. We were used to Sams Club or Costcos and when BJs opened I wasnt sure if it would compare. It sure does, and then some.
