I am very disappointed with the bakery. While I have gotten cakes from here in the past that were delicious, I have never ordered one. I very recently ordered a half sheet cake for my daughters graduation party, {with purple balloons and black paw prints} and before I even saw the cake, I was greeted by a VERY RUDE worker who never even came up to me, but yelled across the bakery where she was standing "Can I help you?" She sets the cake down, and I was shocked, but didnt say anything negative to the clerk for lack of time. As I was waiting to check out, I noticed that the cake that was supposed to have purple balloons, did not have purple balloons, but they were mauve, and greenish black, even worse, when I got the cake from the check out to the car, to the venue, the balloons were a different color than before, and this screen print they put on, was crooked. If I was not so late getting there, I was to pickup at noon, and I didnt get there until 1, to get to the venue by 1:30, There was no time for me to confront or do anything about this. It was not the cake I envisioned, I assumed it was to be all decorated by hand, with the {school} color I ordered not a screen print that changed colors. I was so upset about the cake, I kept it on a table away from people being able to see it, and I cut it and served it without ever showing it. I gave two stars because it at least tasted good. I will buy cakes from the refrigerator at BJs, but I dont know if I will ever special order again.

Ive been a member for a couple of years. I like the outlet on Milestrip in Hamburg. Their deli is reasonably cheap and the meat is always fresh. I have bought cakes for birthdays and graduations and the ladies in the bakery are the friendliest in the world. They will write anything on the cake for you. You can even call ahead. I stock up up on paper items, toiletries, and have found their frozen items to be very good. Whenever I need items for a work party BJ.s is the place to go. You cant beat the price on water and with a coupon it is a steal. I have even bought jeans their reasonably priced and golf sports shirts, including underwear and socks. I even bought a pair of slippers and found a Bills hat Authentic NFL for less than $10. Laundry soap too. I didnt think I would like a wholesale store because I am a single guy but once you stock up with non perishables you are good to go. They even have vitamins and medicines. I am hooked. I love that place. I even bought a blue tooth patio speaker for $80 on sale regular priced $199. They even sell wine and selected beers.

I have been a Bjs member for awhile now and love them I recently got tires on my wifes suv they are great! But at Bjs they have a Verizon booth and they convinced me to get a new phone and line from them whatever I had them for several months and they keep adding on fees etc so I cancelled, but what Bjs doesnt tell you is that that is a privately owned thing out of Slc, Ut! And if you cancel early not only do you pay the $600 to Verizon but that booth company charges you an additional $200. This is very upsetting Bjs lost a loyal customer because of a shady company they allow to operate out of their location.

Easy to get to, right off the 90. Very nice store and helpful staff. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because I went on a Sunday and they only had 1 register open and after waiting about 5 minutes with 2 people in front of me and 2 people behind me they opened up more registers. The self checkouts are useless, if you have big items being a wholesale club its impossible to scan items easily. If they provided hand held scanners I would have gotten out quicker and rated it 6 stars.

The products come in bulk packaging so if you have a need to buy a lot of one type of product they are convenient. This place is handy if you are having a party. The five hour energy prices are a ton cheaper here then it you buy them in a store.

I love shopping at BJs and everything is great. They really have the best bagels. I did pick up some fresh baked cookies for a party and the quality just isnt what Id used to be.

Asked the girl at the door for help with a price, her comment was,, its hanging above, if it was, I wouldnt have to ask, waited 15 minutes for help, no one showed up.
