This is my first review I have ever done and for more then one reason. The experience I had at this pawn shop was amazing. I want to thank Reggie Dave and the other gentleman whose name I forgot. It was a month ago when i came in there looking for a birthday gift for my big brother. He was moving into a new home and I wanted to get him two speakers and an amplifier. I explained to the gentleman in there how bad my financial situation was. I only had money for the speakers which was already priced more then fair and on top of that the owner jumped in and told Reggie to take off another 10 percent. Now this is the part were my mind was really blown. I was cleaning Windows at the massage place right next door to them when Reggie came out when they were closing and said what do you think of these two amplifiers and right away I laughed I said unless you want the 5 dollars I have in my pocket and three dollars in change in my car I am going to be a little short. His reply was my owner said I hope your brother enjoys his birthday and these are on us no charge to you. So after asking him about 20 times if he was joking or not he eventually helped put the amps in my trunk. I have no idea if this was just the nicest person i have ever come across or if it was him having compassion for me as a person because of all the stuff I was dealing with in life. Whatever the reason may be i am truly grateful and you have a costumer for life.In return I cleaned his store Windows as a small token of my appreciation. Also my brother loved the gifts and it was by far the best house warming gift he recieved from anyone thanks to you guys.

This is literally the best place Ive ever been to when it comes to pawn shops. They are the nicest people, they respect you and your belongings, and are willing to work with you sometimes if you are a good customer who comes back again and again. The biggest thing, I think, is that they respect you as a person. They are not waiting in the wings to take your belongings from you the second your overdue, and they dont shortchange you when it comes to pawn loans because they know you are in their shop most likely because you need the cash badly. Good people, good products, great place of business, and has treated me with more respect than Ive received in 99% of retail locations in the world today. Thank you again guys, Ill be coming back many times in the future. Your awesome.

I come here very often either to pawn or sell something as soon as i walk in there is someone there to welcome me into their store. I can say if there is a line with people waiting then i never expect to be there for a long period of time because the people that work in the store are very good at their jobs and seem to have a very fast and steady pace. Even when we cant do busy together they still try find a way to help me and encourage me to bring in something that will be worth something. Since ive been coming here i havent thought of going else where when im looking to pawn or sale something its safe, fast, and helpfully and i thank the people who own and work in this store on a daily!

I buy all of my electronics from there. I remember when Brad first open the shop.( yes, i been a customer that long). Lol... from the vehicle crashing into the shop to to much stuff that you can hardly walk around the place. The guys that work there are great. To think on it, when the shop first open, i was going thru hard times and the only thing i did was pawn stuff for money ( best buck for your stuff if they can sell it). 7 years ago that was. Now, just buy stuff from them. Looking at the 50 inch smart t.v. they sold me 2 years ago as i text this review. Superpawn is one of the greatest used selling stores around. Its more than a pawn shop. 5 stars in my book..

Hands down the best pawn shop around. I was looking to pawn some jewlery and gold so I shopted around the area. Other pawn shops in Laurel couldnt come close to matching Super Pawns quote, and they were very up front and understand about it. I tried a few other jewlery stores in the area and outside Laurel who claimed to "pay top dollar" and they also under bid Super Pawn by a significant amount. Hundreds of dollars. Super Pawn was very nice and easy to talk to. I had never delt with Pawn shops before but Brad and Tom both made the process easy. I encourage everyone to do their own research but Super Pawn exceeded all my expectations and have been lifesavers.

#1 PAWN SHOP I have been to in Maryland!!!! I did an extensive research before going to the store and found many great things. Also, I heard many great things from people I asked but all things found were an UNDERSTATEMENT! The store contains a Huge inventory on all kinds of amazing things you have to stop in and see for yourself. The store, the inventory and staff were GREATand a pleasure doing business with. Staff treats you like family and very honest people that will give you a good price on your items. STOP there first before going anywhere else to do business. If not, you will miss out.

The entire staff here is the best. I honestly will be purchasing from them very soon. I never have felt comfortable and ready to sell or buy at any other pawn shop and i have lived in 14 states. You are doing a huge dis-service to yourself if you dont check them out and at least stop in. I promise u will walk out either a little heavier in the pockets or lol maybe a lot less but well worth it. Thank you guys, you saved the day. Young Brad helped me and the entire staff are more then superb. Thanks again guys.

I want to commend your store located at Laurel, Maryland and specially Reggie who went out of his way to assist me. I actually came in the store just to see what you had available with no plans to buy anything but Reggie with his great sales skills and cool personality made me look around one more time and I ended up buying several things that I really needed. When we came inside instantly we were completely surprised at how nice everyone is! This is my 2nd time in a pawn shop ( the first time was A1 pawn shop in laurel and they were rude, I dont recommend them)... We worked with Brad And Reggie, they both worked with us to get the right price for our items....I will be coming back and I will definitely recommend this PAWN SHOP over any location in Maryland is you want the best price for you items! .....thanks again Brad and reggie!

I have recently just moved to Laurel and was looking to pawn somethings i didnt need and i found superpawn. The staff are awesome, full of high energy and greeted me directly as soon as i walked in. They offer great prices for jewelry and have some really good products to buy literally everything you could need or want froms bikes to jordans ps4 xbox1 you name it they have it. I highly recommend this pawn shop over any pawn shop any day. Dont believe me go see for yourself
