I have been a costumer of Gold Brokers Pawn for the past 14 years and the staff has ALWAYS been Helpful and Honest!! They always put the costumer first and respect everyone’s personal situation. Don’t get me wrong, I have seen many bad apples come in and out of GBP in my 14 years of doing business there. I have been surprised some peoples inability to grasp the concept of Pawning. Like any industry people will always “want their cake and eat it too”. I have since moved to Annapolis from Baltimore, and I have tried other Pawn shops, only to be disappointed. Today, I still am a devoted costumer of GBP and will be for many years to come, it’s far worth the drive for me!!!!

I had never dealt with a Pawn Shop before working with Gold Broker Pawn so I only know what I know about pawn shops from Pawn Stars and TV. Jim, Sandy, Nelson and Pedro are great. They explained everything to me, made me comfortable and gave me reasonable pawn prices. They have a great selection of jewelry, tools, collectibles, musical instruments and more. They are fair their assessments ad knowledgeable on a wide range of items, especially jewelry. Anything I have pawned was well taken care of and they always made sure I was satisfied when I picked up my items. I suggest anyone interested in pawning or selling something, try Gold Broker Pawn. You wont be disappointed.

this pawn shop used to give you a 21 day grace period, i went in to pay the monthly fee to hold my stuff and was told that it needed to be caught up to date. i was told since i didnt have the two months fee that they will add it to my original amount i borrowed, so in turn my pawn was for 50.00 plus 12.00 in fees totaling 62.00 its now 74.00 plus 18.50 totaling 92.50 for a 50.00 loan. i will be filing a claim this is not right....DO NOT USE THIS PAWN SHOP AT ALL PEOPLE GO ELSEWHERE

Gold Brokers is the best pawn shop Ive found. I dont go anywhere else, Ive been using this place for years. Everyone Ive dealt with has been very helpful, very respectful and you always get a fair deal. Also the place is always clean and organized unlike other shops Ive been in. I just love the service the staff there. I feel like family whenever i go in there. If fact when i go in i say hello family and they say what up Gabby. They are always willing to work with me in the stuff i what to pawn for a month or two. What can i say they are good people !!!!!
