Carvana as a whole is horrible. I purchased a Mercedes GLK for 25k in which I paid 22k upfront. Carvana made receiving the car very easy but after that they are the worst group to work with. At delivery of my car the sales man tells me ohhh the window comes up slow and the second key doesnt work... its not for this car. He tells me go to the dealership and if it needs repairs it will all be paid for by Carvana 100% in the first 100 days. So day 8, I go to Mercedes and they find issues under the hood totaling $1500. Then the back peddling began... the unanswered emails started... Carvana even called the dealership and asked if I would really need the repairs, could we just ignore it. Then Natasha Tomlinson who is the worst most "attitudey" customer service rep in the world began acting as if I was a nuisance for wanting my new car repaired as promised. Then she lied about sending emails to me etc to save face for horrible service. It was insane! On top of that I have been carless for a week while they deliberated on if they would live up to the warranty. If you are a professional, Carvana isnt for you... it for those who in their "Kimora bought a car" Horrible experience. ***update*** repairs were paid for only took a week to get my car. Low and behold the driver side window is freezing now... back to the shop. Ill let you know how long it takes to get this repair done.

Easy purchase and outstanding customer service This company is amazing! They empower their employees to do whats right for their customers, they make the purchase process as easy as possible, like no other dealership does, and the customer service is among the best Ive experienced! They even went as far as buying a thoughtful gift basket for our two daughters. Carvana delivered my car and the check engine light was on. They took it back, worked on it, put 200 plus miles on it, and didnt actually fix the problem, which popped up again a couple weeks later. Carvana salesperson told me to my face how they (the sales people, not mechanics) took the car for a test drive and floored it on the highway, and then tried to over-rev the motor, but the safety features were working properly. FAIL. I finally had the issue resolved by Audi South Austin. There was a faulty oil pressure sensor and the oil pan had the wrong size drain plug which is what was causing the oil leak and the spots in my driveway everyday.

The process was so easy and there were so many cars to choose from. From start to finish I couldnt ask for a better way to purchase a vehicle; I will never go back to a dealership again. Buying a vehicle completely online may seem like an odd concept but it works. I elected to pick up my vehicle at one of the Carvana vending machines and everything went exactly as they said it would. Car was clean and the customer service was off the charts. Thank you Carvana for being you!
