DO NOT USE THEM TO FIX YOUR CAR!!. I recently moved to Texas and I was on my way to work when I hit a curb. Immediately my ESC light had came on. I went a ahead and I drove to work so I wouldnt be late. I had seen this location was close to my work so I called and Eddie Gamez said to drop it off and they would take a look at everything after explaining what happened. So later that day he called me and said my steering was fine and my suspension was fine and that all that needed to be fixed was the wheel sensor needed to be reprogrammed, the rim replaced and an alignment because it was knocked out of alignment. I didnt want the rim replaced because it was recommended due to scratches on it because he told me it was NOT bent and it was just cosmetic damages. So I got the sensor reprogrammed and said that I didnt have enough to do all and would come back on payday to do the alignment and he said that no problem. Well about 3 days later the ESC comes back on and after 4 days and voicemails left I finally get in touch with EDDIE and I took the car back on 7/7/17 and immediately was told I hope the frame is not bent. I said shouldnt you have saw that the first time? His response is only a body shop can tell if a frame is bent. First red flag. Second red flag is it took me several calls and 6 hours to get an answer on my car. Eddie told me that i would need to go through my insurance because I was looking at a bill of $4,000 to $5,000 to fix. Said they were not able to do the alignment. I went back with my father in law to be told that when they hooked it up to the alignment machine thats when they discovered the steering gear was bent, drive shift was bent, wheel bearing and insulator was damaged, control arm was damaged, front strut was bent and my rim was bent. Although when doing the same multi point inspection as the first time now all of a sudden everything is bent. I asked him why they didnt catch it the first time. He shrugged his shoulders and said that the bends are not visible to the naked eye and when hooking it up to the alignment machine thats when they found out. He said I told you we needed to the alignment to see any further damage but you said no. I immediately told him no I didnt. You told me i needed an alignment because it was knocked out of alignment not to see if there was further damage because I would have had found a way to pay for it. I asked for the print out from the machine that showed that and he said they werent able to print nothing out because they were unable to hook it up to the machine because of the bends. I said okay so the bends are not visible to the naked eye so you had to hook it up to the machine to see them but you werent able to hook it up to the machine because of the bends. He immediately raised his voice to my father in law and me and said "are you trying to catch me in something". I replied and said I am only repeating what you have told me and thats like 3 different stories. Now I am out $120 bucks for something that was pointless. He got angry and said what do you want me to do then. I said I want my money back so I can go to another dealer that knows what they are doing. He told me he was going to speak with the sales manager. Came back to verify my address so he could mail me a check. I said I want my money now. He told me that he has to wait for the manager to approve it when he gets back. So I said okay your telling me your going to mail me a check before you even have it approved for me to get a refund. I am done with you at this point. I got my money back and went to a dealer that was highly recommended and that done a complete full inspection and more and the same stuff that this place done and guess what! I am looking at a bill that is far less. My car through this whole ordeal has driven perfectly fine with no shaking, vibration or crazy sounds. All thats wrong with my car is the alignment and inner tire rod needs replaced. I might be a girl but I am not going to pay for stuff not needed.

When my husband and I came upon one of the cars online that caught our attention, we also noticed some one star reviews. Now, normally, such red flags would be a BIG, blinking neon sign that shouts, “Oh HEYLL NO!” for my logical mind. However COMMA I had a heart’s desire to check it out nonetheless, and I’m very grateful to Spirit within that I followed my inner-guidance. Multi-faceted, colorful life can be full of surprises, and because I dared to go there, we had a wonderful experience. First of all, in almost 44 years of my life, I had never met a car salesman that I really liked. However, David Stubbs, our car sales consultant who gets a 5 star, wasn’t the typical, overly pushy, car salesman. What we respect and admire about him the most is that he made us feel so comfortable with his genuine friendliness, authentic down-to-earth demeanor, his transparent honesty, and helpfulness; he seems like a gentle and humble soul. Marcus, who initially reminded me of Grumpy---from the Seven Dwarfs, and not because of his size---worked with us on the total price of the car after a reasonable discussion, and eventually met us halfway. It was refreshing that he was sincere with his verbal and nonverbal expressions, and we appreciated his assistance; we also enjoyed some smiles and laughter with him. Alberto, a new member of the Red McCombs team who also gets a 5 star (10, if there were more stars), is without a doubt an invaluable asset to the company. He not only helped us with our paperwork, but was such a delightful surprise with his very lovable, sunshine personality. Alberto’s a perfect combination of very professional and personable, and he did an outstanding job of breaking down the complex into simple (one of the signs of true intelligence). In addition, he has an amazing sense of humor, which helped us to effortlessly sail through the not-so-exciting paperwork process. Alberto will be always be remembered, and if there is anyone we know---family members, friends, coworkers, neighbors, acquaintances, and even strangers---who wants to buy a car, we will definitely recommend this group. James (another sales consultant whom we had a conversation with while waiting), and Mike (another finance guy who briefly helped us), were also professional and kind. Last but not least, we left with our beautiful, blue, 2016 Kia Rio, and we’re very happy and grateful to Spirit and the interconnected souls who helped make it happen . ^_^

Worst experience ever! I would never recommended this place to anyone. I got a 2015 Nissan Sentra on 7/25/2015. When i test drove it i noticed that the steering wheel was not straight and that it veered to the right. I told James Hall this and he said that it could be fixed. James called me two days later on a monday and asked me if i could bring the car in. I took the car in when i got off work that afternoon and i was put in a loaner car, a wack 2013 kia soul with a cracked windshield. He put temporary plates on the car that expired in 4 days which was 7/31/2015. I called James the next day to ask about the status of the car. At this point James acted as if it was a issue that I was calling and checking on my car and reminded me thats why the temporary plates expire in now 3 days because the car was being worked on. Well wednesday comes and i decided not to call James and just give them time to work on the car. Thursday comes, no call yet. I texted James and I called him, no reply or no answer. I then called to speak with a manager by the name of Oscar and i expressed to him that i was really irritated at the fact that I at this point have been ignored, i needed to know the status of my car. Oscar apologized and told me that he would find out what was going on and call me back. Staying true to his word he did call me back and said that the car was sent to a Nissan dealership and that it was being worked on, ok fine. The next day which was Friday i received a call from Oscar telling me that the Nissan dealership had to order a part for the car and they were waiting for it to fix it. He then said that i needed to bring in the Kia Soul so that they can change out the temporary plates. At this point i am beyond PISSED off. Now i have to go the weekend without my car. So here we are today going on day 5 in the loaner car. I called Oscar to ask him the status of the car and of course no answer. Ive been in my loaner car longer than my car. All of this because of a "alignment". This could of all been avoided if they would of fixed the car before putting it on the lot to be sold. I bet they are gonna want there car payment on thr Nissan when its due!!!!!!!
