Took my watch here for a simple battery change. They broke the crown, then spent 2 hours trying to fix it before acting like it was my fault. It has now been over 7 weeks and the watch is still not back. No one calls to let you know the status and when you call and get a canned "it will take another 10 business days" and every time you query that response on the next call you get a "I dont know who gave you that information but it was false". Rude in the store, on the phone and do not give a damn about their customers. I would never shop here and look forward to getting my watch back so I never have to go back. If it ever comes back.
