I think Bill does a fine job with jewelry and is a good man. My guess is if he called someone an a**hole they probably are. I think there are plenty of a**holes and if more people informed them of that fact maybe they wouldnt be a**holes. This world would be a nicer place with less a**holes and more people that called them out. Hopefully the baby wont turn out to be an a**hole, but what are the odds of that? Maybe they are good, because the 10 month old already understands english according to his a**...I mean mother!

Bill (owner) is a no-muss, no fuss kind of guy. No frills at the the shop, but he does an honest job for a very fair price. He (Bill) often comes across as brusque, but he will tell you his honest opinion whether you want to hear it or not. I have been going to Bill for many years and he has always provided quality service and I have never had to go back for a "second" repair on the same problem.

Went into them with a broken bracelet and a dead Pokemon Yellow battery. Immediately opened and replaced the battery (it was a special screw) and took my bracelet. The cost for fixing the bracelet was a small fraction of what I was expecting and they finished in half an hour (after telling me to expect it the next day). Will definitely use them again.

Had to see for myself what the bad reviews were about. I found the owner outside walking his 12 year old Springer Spaniel, how bad could he be? I have to say he was most helpful advising me on and releasing my overwound vintage Breitling and was more than reasonable with his pricing for changing watch batteries. I will go back.

Staff was rude and spoke down to me. I work in sales, it is usually a no brainer that providing a nice and welcoming store and attitude encourages good business but the owner at this store does not seem to care. Honestly not even worth my time to walk in.

The owner is notorious for being rude and destroying others property. He parks his truck across 3 spots regularly and will SUPERGLUE a sign to your car window if you park in front of his store, damaging your vehicle. Avoid this store at all costs.

Bill is a nice enough guy, however he ruined a soldering job and it was not able to be repaired. No attention to detail to say the least, he should have told me he would not be able to do a proper job so I could have gotten it fixed elsewhere.

The owner of this establishment has a history of poor service and not standing behind his work. Additionally, the treatment of customers and neighboring customers is poor. I would not recommend coming here.

Never thought Id be posting anything negative like this but the owner of B&L Jewelers is nasty and damaged my car window by gluing an "I will tow your car" sign to my window.
