I was in to the mall to shop the outher night and I will not come back any more because the mall floors look very dirty and could not find a clean table at the food court to sit down and eat and could not find a single security officer presents in the mall and that makes me feel very very unsafe. There for I will be going to visit the Elverson mall and the Berkshire Mall more now be cause there you see a security presents in and outside at both of the Malls and they are both very very clean too not like this Mall

Coventry Mall is small and local to Pottstown ,Kimberton area. It has Boscovs and Kohls both great dept. stores, always have wonderful sales. There is a good Hallmark store with all the usual charming finds in cards and memorabilia. They carry a lovely line of clothes in case you didnt know. Handbags , scarves and cool jewelry. Dicks Sporting Goods and TGI Friday for lunch or dinner. My favorites for exceptional goodis are Pier 1 and Coventry Corners. Beautiful jewelry , hanbags and other feminis ephemera.

I dont understand why you lend prominent advertisement to SV Sports, who is closed down and have a blank spot on your sign, yet Kravn Comics and the Skate shop (which exist in very strong, niche markets) dont have advertisement. Even on the podium in the food court, is there nothing. The only reason I come to the mall since you drove Head Games out, is to go to Kravn, but its like you want the mall to fail. Want to draw folks in? Support the local shops you already have.

Great little mall to bring younger kids with you to get a few things. We picked up shoes for everyone, got curtains and house stuff at Boscovs, stopped by the comic book store for the kids, stopped a few other places, and ate lunch in the food court. The malls not busy, not fully occupied, and the mall itself isnt particularly updated or fancy but it was clean, indoors and cool on a super hot day, and we all had fun.

Im so happy with the recent changes at this mall. It is great to see new businesses appear and it seems as if the new ownership is doing some great work keeping this mall operating and becoming a great shopping destination. The Internet cant provide the same experience for sure. I was happy to see the mall busy and on the way to thriving. I cant wait to see what opens there next.

Mall is dead, they chased out the kids back around the same timeline they renovated with stupid rules such as no teens without parents and no groups bigger than 4 people or whatever their limit was. Their biggest problem is those kids they mistreated are now adults with their own kids that will not shop there. You know youve failed when a McDonalds closes up shop and leaves.

Was there this past Tuesday . I havent been there since November or so and I must say its gotten worse since then. All my stores that I went to. Deb,hottopic,spencers,kbtoys,sears are gone:( Spencers was there the last I actually got to fully walk around the mall . Its definitely depressing the only thing that seems to keep this mall Im place is the kohls and boscovs thats it

Very clean mall. TGI FRIDAYS food very good. Was able to order off menu food. Right near the food court. Lots of new stores moving to mall from KOP mall. Great book, comics, vinyl, CDs, and low tech stores. Has just about all the phone carrier stores except Verison. Will give 4 stars after new stores open.

It was very sad and empty. It was a rainy day when I went. Most people need to do something and they find something to do indoors. The mall is usually high on this list and this place was empty. I went to use the bathroom and the hallways were very dark and dingy looking. Its not a very inviting place.

This place is markedly improving. Ive lived in the area for years and the mall is growing. The new Gabes is fantastic and with the construction of the new indoor outdoor restaurants next to TGI Fridays, I am looking forward to the upcoming months. Plus Kraven Comics is fantastic, as is the FYE.

Nice to see the Coventry Mall making much needed improvements! Gabes is a great addition that is causing a lot more mall traffic. Hoping it continues and our local mall comes back to life! Enjoy walking in a covered mall than fighting the elements outside in strip malls and outlet centers.

Oh god, is this mall terrible? There is LOW PEOPLE in the MALL! And I cannot believe that the mall dying. And yes, I could see some closed places, and you can see that the places are closing down is because they ran out of business. So what do they do? The mall is now dead!

Upon entering you might think your days are numbered with the plethora of empty or sealed up storefronts, but upon reaching the heart of this mall you will find quite a good deal of great shops. The food court is also pretty nice with very few chain restaurants.

Very empty mall. I went to the Tmobile store and they werent knowledgeable at all. I knew the plans and service better than the salesman. The salesman didnt show energy or passion. I didnt like his attitude either. I will not be going back to that store

Coventry mall is trying to make a comeback.It has a few nice stores(Victoria secret,Coventry corners) but most of the other store are just an odd assortment. But I am holding out hope that it will come back as a nice local place to shop.

Absolutely thrilled that the Mall has a community room and makes it available to the community for FREE! Additionally, Gabes has outstanding values. Found a White House Black Market dress in there for $12. Brand new. What a deal!

Like most malls in America, many shops have left this mall. There are still a few shops and places to get a quick meal in the food court. The mall is clean and the parking lot is ok. Overall, this is a typical small mall.

Its on the right track. Its a little depressing compared to other malls in the region but I like that it has a lot of small family owned specialty shops. The owners of the mall let shops put on a lot of cool events too.

Literally the only thing of worth in this place is the escape room. I honestly confused the entire structure to be a massive escape room. Also go there if you want to see one of the last remaining FYEs in existence.

This mall really needs a makeover. I pray that the right stores can come in and attract more people. It went really downhill for me after Sears was taken out. Gabes being there will help probably help it.

This was a nice little mall with good anchor stores. New owners are doing some things right to make it worth visiting again. Its convenient, easy to access from the major highway and is clean and bright.

Its okay, it looks like its closing down though. More of the stores here are gone. And we you drive by the main entrance by route 100 this thing you see is and empty store and lot. Not very inviting

So sad it has become somewhat as a ghost town. Boscov is the only great store still there and fabulous store to shop. So sorry the mall is so empty. The inside floors are shiny clean - nice to see.
