Ive shopped here multiple times & the last time was pretty bad. The people who worked there were extremely rude. None helped & I wouldnt even ask for their help cause they acted like my mother & me were pests. Which just put me in a terrible mood & I felt like I had to get out as soon as possible. The only person there who was super polite & sweet was the man who checked us out. I wish I knew his name. I wouldve given it lower stars but this man was awesome. He had long, black braided hair.

One of the better malls in the area, though it really doesnt touch what Wilkes Barre has in terms of shopping. Far better than the Steam town mall as this one pretty much has all of its store fronts filled up where as Steam town is, well... Empty. Security on site and they usually leave you alone unless your causing a scene. Ample parking and relatively safe, though there was a shooting in the parking lot a few weeks back.

Very nice little mall, most if not all the stores are filled, you can tell this is a thriving mall. Has a really nice forever 21 (with guy section) there are a lot of nice stores in here. Surprised to see a a Macys and a jcpennys in here and they are pretty nice. Mall looks very up to date. There is an Applebees and a buffalo wild wings and a couple more places to eat in. Check it out only about an hour away from Bloomsburg.

Not as many store options in the mall as I would hoped there would have been but nice field and stream store and nice new Dicks. Like the Pink and Victoria secret. The stores that are there is large with lots of selections.i Dont wear plus size but it was nice to see a large selection in the stores of plus size clothing. Would return.

Nice mall,but there are three problems with it and that is Macys,JCPenney,and Sears.I also hate one story malls no big deal there is just alot more to see with multi level malls like the mall at steam town even though it is dead and only has like 30 stores.Agood mall with 2 floors is Lehigh valley.

There are so many places to see. I currently enjoy the new Yankee candle store and all the scents they have available that usually arent in stock online. You cant smell candles online so I appreciate that they have a store that I can go to for me to be able to smell candles.

Great decor, super nice staff, great location, but the food was lacking a bit. I had the Blackened Flounder and Sonya had the Chicken Franchise and Chicken Soup, very edible, especially the complimentary glass of red wine, just not up to my high diner standards.

The sears store used to be my main reason for going here. Now that it has closed, I dont go very often. Parking is good. Mall is clean Several other large stores such as JCPenney and Macys are there. Smaller stores like Regis and food places are there too.

I stopped here to stretch my legs during a trip to the Finger Lakes. Bathrooms were clean. I stopped in forever 21 to purchase a few things. Very surprised when I paid, the cashier said "here you go." Not "thanks" or "have a nice day." A tad rude.

We are from Denver, Colorado area and its actually quite refreshing to have a small, people friendly place to shop. We especially like Macys. The store is clean, the sales associates are helpful and the prices are great!! Thanks!

Went up there to meet my girlfriend for lunch its changed since Ive been there last really busy new stores I guess thats good but the pizza place in the food court is still the best the rest of the mall is your typical Mall LOL

Gone downhill in the past decade. Many stores have left and bigger stores that most wouldnt associate with mall shopping have moved in. Lots of parking, several good places, decent walking and still some decent stores.

This is a rather small mall but I noticed that there will be a Home goods and a Field and stream opening up soon. Other than that, not too many options and it feels like its in a time warp of the late 90s.

Everything is here. From shoes to video stores to hair salons, this is the go-to place to get your binge shopping on. Sadly, Sears is now officially closed, but new stores are taking its place.

Great mall! Its been around for over 40 years now. They keep reinventing themselves and remain relevant. Looking forward to Bass Pro Shops and new Dicks Sporting Goods coming in fall 2017!
