We stop here in July for the Gertrude Hawk Chocolates located near the Bon Ton entrance. This stop included a Verizon Wireless located near Best Buy. While we were waiting, the girl who supposedly runs the coffee booth on the food court stepped out of her booth and confronted a patron with a choice of nasty words. This wasnt just a quiet situation; loud and very rude from a store owner in a mall. The Mall Security sat in their booth watching with amusement and not making a attempt to control the situation. As the patron walked away, the coffee girl, in a very loud way, shouted words that were not appropriate for younger children. We watched, after the confrontation, a person of interest from the mall approach the coffee girl. Didnt look like much had happened with the coffee girl since my revisit at Verizon yesterday with the girl still serving coffee!

This was my go-to place while I was at my first duty station, Fort Drum, 10th Mountain Division, from the end of 1997 till summer 2000. I saw a lot of movies here at what used to be a Loews Cinemas, which appears now to be a Regal Cinemas. Movies were my sanctuary here, particularly all of 1999 for a year and a half, before I left for Korea, my second duty station. There used to be a Waldenbooks I used to hang out a lot here too. More than anything, Fort Drum is also where I met my wife, Chiloquin, in November 1999.

The most depressing mall Ive ever seen in a "military town". Its like they want you to rive to syracuse lol. Stores change but never improve, usually just move across the hall. The food court, which isnt really a food court, is just: Taco bell, Wendys, wayback burgers, flaming wok (whose food always looks old), Sbarro pizza and...did i miss anything? The specialty stores are closing..slowly.

I really like this mall. Its in a great location, just an hour from the Canadian border. It has some really great stores in it, great for clothes or just to get away for the weekend. The mall itself is very clean, and all the stores are open, so you dont have an unfinished, unloved feeling being in there. Always busy and most stores give a military discount. So thank you for that.

When ever my family and i want to go to the states for some good shopping we ALWAYS come here! They have an amazing selection of stores ranging from toys, to sporting, to hottopic and gaming! They also have a little booth that raises money by selling military teddy bears to help send things to the brave people away from home! 10/10 will definitely be back again!

Small mall with small versions of Sears and JCPenneys, nice food court and great movie theater. There used to be a great restaurant in the mall where you could sit down and eat, I wish they would do that again, now there is just the food court and a pub.Usually slow except around the holidays.Very convenient and only a half hour from Canada border.

For the area its more than acceptable, compared to malls in other cities it leaves a lot to be desired (visiting malls all down the east coast). The mall however offers many big name stores in a very clean family friendly environment. This mall is a good stop and for the city of Watertown its stayed well above the cities undeniable decline.

Servers at this restaurant are pretty slow and forget about you after they get your order. I have met one server who actually did an excellent job making sure our experience was awesome. I forgot his name but he got us on the blazin rewards program and got that set up for us. Ill be sure to do another review with his name.

Although small, it has basics and is relatively nice considering the town it is in. I frequent Best Buy and the cinema although I hate Regal and the food court is overall decent. Hard to compare to Destiny Mall when you have a different demographic in that city so this mall does well comparatively speaking.

Not a terrible mall Im not sure when it was built but its pretty small. Whoever is in charge definitely needs to work on some expansion. Gaurenteed you wont be there for more than an hour. But the stores are all pretty basic but over all nothing BAD. The movie Theater is pretty great though.

It is an ok Mall, it needs a face lift to match Regal Cinemas. It is not crowded except for the holidays which is nice if you need to run in a grab something. Free Wi-Fi might draw more people, and a better selection of stores. It would be nice to have a book store again.

This mal used to be a little run down, but it is really full now. Every store front is full and there are a wide range of stores. The only knock I give it is that it is really busy at almost any hour, thats good or bad depending on your perspective.

Its okay, perpetual motion no longer works and I wish they would get that fixed. They earn 3 stars for the updated movie theater which has a gigantic curved screen display which is honestly miles ahead of the competition specifically for 3D movies

There should be better games and food options. The clothing and shoe stores are all pricey. I would like to see restaurants and more activity oriented businesses. Rock climbing wall, racquetball, bowling, something to entertain.

Its a decent mall geared too much towards adolescents. The buckle, The Gap are using in military towns. Wish they were here. Im not a big fan for spending 5 hours on digging for an outfit (Burlington) thats out dated.

Mall has been around for years and attracts Canadian residence looking for deals. Does very well when the CDN dollar is good. Ghost town when CDN dollar sucks. Burlington C Factory and JC Penny usually has good deals.

A decent mall with a few great stores. If your into board games, comics or just need a new deck of unique cards try out a store called Read the Story Play the Game. Decent food court and a variety of good outlets.

Good place to shop. A lot of businesses go through there though. Quite a few have failed over time. I highly recommend Reczko Crafts if you are looking for genuine wood furniture. Very high quality and inexpensive.

Salmon Run Mall is a great mall with a movie theatre and even a pet adoption store which I think is kind of cool!! Nice food court and a lot of different stores to look through!! Nice and close to the highway

Starting to lose stores and the ones that teplace them arent very good either. We lose a Borders bookstore and in return we get a Mystery room game setup and in the other half a small retailer. Whoopy!

Very clean and bright mall. There are some unusual stores, as well as large anchor department stores. Fun experience for kids and adults, as they have a Mystery Room, and large game room as well.

Good as we can expect for a small town! Modern, good store variety/selection, has all the basics. Good food court right next to the Regal movie theater. Tons of parking even during holidays.

Gets the job done. Definitely a smaller mall with some very useful stores. The movie theater and Skewed Brewery are definitely key places in the mall. Highly recommended going to both!
