This is the not only the worst Forever 21 location but also worst clothing store I have ever been to. The store is completely trashed; clothes on the floor, stains everywhere, racks in the aisle. And dont even get me started on the horrible customer service. I went to the fitting rooms to try a couple items on and not one single person greeted me, they just looked at me like i was inconveniencing them. I finally was able to get a fitting room and all I could here outside the door was the associates rapping about how they wanted to go home. Arrowhead is the closest mall to my home, but unfortunately because of this experience I will never be shopping at the Forever 21 location again. Management should be ashamed.

Ive never been more displeased with a stores appearance then I was when I last went into this Forever 21. It was disgusting. There were clothes all over the floor. There were stains on every inch of the carpet and even on some of the tile areas. This store has really gone downhill. I would not buy any clothes from here. It seems each time I go in it gets worse and worse. I will no longer even enter the mall through the store its so disgusting. Very very disappointing as it used to be one of my favorites!

The floor absolutely needs to be cleaned or replaced, employees appear unhappy, and the music is definately from 20 years ago. Ceiling shows mold spots and the Air Conditioning doesnt actually work they just have swamp coolers downstairs attatched to the vents. Rude stares all around from employees and customers alike. Black marks and holes in the wall doesnt help the floor. Steer clear of this location because they clearly do not care about the stores or the customers experience.

Forever 21 is a famous brand, but this location says otherwise! The store is a mess, theres clothes on the ground everywhere. The racks are so full you cant even go through them and it looks like someone just put random stuff on racks. Im very disappointed corporate hasnt been involved, someone needs to do something. It gives me anxiety just being there. The good thing is the employees are nice.

The amount of disgusting in this place is haunting. There are stains, old chewing gum, and trash all over the place. I even saw a used bandaid laying in the middle of the isle. Looks like the product of understaffing, but they did have every register open, an empty line, and employees waiting behind the check out counter. Its clearly an issue of management. All hope is lost here.

Went to the store today since their website stated they are open from 10 to 10. Was stopped by a representative saying their hours have changed to close sooner. It would be nice if they updated their website to reflect the hours of the store. Especially during Holliday season. If you go here call first before arriving so you can make sure that the store is open.

This mall is a great location for a Forever 21, but they should really move to a newer interior location. The space they occupy now was an old flagship department store that is way too big and very run down and dirty looking. I love their clothes and the associates have always been helpful, but I avoid shopping here just because the less than stellar atmosphere.

Its always so nasty in there... I went to the fitting rooms yesterday and there were still pieces of "caution tape" on some doors. The carpets are stained and sometimes theres food left somewhere like yesterday there was a somewhat finished Starbucks left on a rack... However, the staff is pretty nice which is probably the only upside to that store.

Bargains at forever21! However, the store is a pit! it smells like dirty feet and urine in the dressing rooms not to mention the rooms are falling apart. The sales floor has old gum spots, black stains and garbage all over the place. No clean up from staff at all. Staff doesnt care about the store so why should they care about their customers.

Rude staff on upper and lower level. Cant use the bathroom..... as a PAYING customers which is bs when someone is spending more than enough money. In which because of that. Im not buying anything now after looking searching choosing clothes. And cant use the bathroom. Just wrong!!!! Horrible customer service. Just go bankrupt!!!!

Every time i go in there i never see anyone and when you see someone that works there they dont even turn to look at you or offer some help and plus theres some girls that work there that dont even know what the hell theyre doing i love forever 21 theyre clothing but staff is horrible!!

This store is horrible they treat theyre employees poorly, managers are rude, its a big pile of mess everywhere. There is nothing good about this store they need to fire everyone and start a from scratch again. No one acts like a team thats why theyre always hiring and its very messy.

Youre truly an immense number places there you could shop literally for two days forever 21 from the outside loo ks good when you go inside you have lots of choices airfare price very much because Im way over 21 but its a good place for the under-18 probably under 25 to buy clothes

Shopped for about 30 min and didnt have anyone talk to me at all. The carpet is disgusting, stains everywhere. Girl at the fitting rooms looked miserable that she was even there. Just terrible customer service and an overall bad experience, would recommend h&m at this mall.

Not enough fitting rooms, very rude manager. Not going to wait an hour to try clothes on. Clean the other fitting rooms and make them "accessible"!! Not wasting my money there ever again, definitely not at that location thats for sure!!

I dont know what these people are talking about, but this is by far the most clean and well managed Forever 21s Ive ever been to. The staff is super friendly and the manager was super helpful and kind.
