The employees at this location dont seem to have any customer service training what-so-ever! When standing in line, they do not even acknowledge you when you have to wait on them to continue walking around behind the counter tending to other duties besides the long line of customers! I had purchased an item that I ended up having to go back and exchange, and while checking back out with my new item, the little girl at the register seemed to absolutely hate her job. She didnt even crack a smile, offer a greeting, nor a thank you upon leaving. Even when the receipt printed out, she pointed me in the direction of where I can get my own receipt. The attitude from this employee was disgraceful. I shop at other Ross locations (much closer to my house mind you) and I will definitely continue to shop at those other locations, but this one is out of the question from now on! I cannot stand bad customer service and will only write about it when I feel that it was one of the worst situations Ive had to experience. Stay away from this store unless you dont care about how you are treated for spending your money at a business.

This is Adriber I will always provide the best and honest reviews. After eating decided to visit this store and all the shopping store in this plaza. This store was clean outside. They did have lots of items and many deals. There was always an employee near by to help. The check out person was very polite. However, Wasnt welcome upon walking in and some of the store area like shoes and wallet section were very unorganized. They were busy so I could understand why this happened. My only suggestion its just too try to welcome their customers upon walking in. For sure have someone to organize each department constantly. As always Im the firm believer of quality over quantity. This is my review and remember always look for adriber for the best and honest review.

I have never been to a Ross like this one very disrespectful employees trying to explain something to them they rudely interrupt me, the store needs to be more organized fist and last time I will shop at that Ross! I will continue going to the Ross I originally go to its not close but its worth the drive.

This Ross is okay. Smaller then most other Ross stores that Ive been to. Their selection is not the best and their pricing doesnt seem to be as good as other stores. Having a candle for $13.00 when its original price was $15.00, just doesnt feel like much of a discount to me.

Just dont like how all the racks are a mess. Nothing is in its proper place. Had to find my daughters shoe size mixed in with other sizes. Its frustrating. Some associates are rude.
