I like Ross but an employee felt like discriminating against me by checking the ink sensors, when I went in and came out, as if a need to steal from a discount store. I didnt think anything of it until she let another person walk right in, just handed her a number, (1) without checking her ink sensor. Date of occurrence - April 6 2016 - 4:00 p.m. just in case management would like to do anything about it. Pathetic.

I can not give the 5 stars even if I know its not their fault. Its 1pm on a Sunday, yes they have been picked thru all weekend, and i should not be disappointed that i can not find what Im looking for. Ended up buying stuff I did not know that I needed. Thanks Ross; see you in a few days when I need my money back.

I thought this place was a savers/salvation army with donated/used clothes. My wife tries to shop here but i always convince her that she can just buy clothes some place else and we can just wear them and wash them a few times a week for a year and then they will look like she just got em at ross.

I love Ross. My friends back east (NY) cant believe the bargains I get here. Theyve got great clothes, household items, shoes, purses, makeup...you name it; theyve got it. Theyve got me as a customer!

Ross as a company is turning into an overpriced Bargain Outlet, I can usually find better deals on clothes at Kohls JCPenney or Stein Mart. This defeats the purpose of Ross in the first place.

Sandal flip flops previously purchased could not be returned because they were worn. Rediculous as they separated due to not being glued together at manufacturer.
