If I could give it a ZERO I would. First merchandise was low there wasnt really anything to choose from in that store for girls. 2nd after I was rung up by young female cashier an item at bottom of list rang up for 12.94 not 1 single item i purchased should have been that much. She didnt believe it called manager to see. He was even worse . I purchased exact same items and size for the correct price why couldnt they ring me up correctly or even correct their mistake. No it took almost 30 minutes of talling up the cost and figure out why the exact same shorts on sale for 6 bucks had rang up like that. So they both couldnt figure out how to fix it. It wasnt hard just remove that item and ring it back up again for correct price. It was worse service ever. Dumb idiots who never even apologized either.

The store pretty organized. I went during a sale so it could have been better, but it is expected at moments like that. The childs clothing were cute, even though there wasnt much selection. The employees are kind and the line at the cash registers was great, so no long wait. Favorite thing about Old Navy though is how soft their clothes are! My husband hates rough clothing on his skin so thankfully he found himself some shirts that we know he can wear without any problems.

Went today and tried looking for some baby boy sandals and couldnt find the other pair. When I went to get help the lady that was there for a cashier called another lady to later asked me where I found the shoe. Doesnt she suppose to know where they have their store items. Overall the store was a mess. I wasnt able to even find shoes for my son. Bad customer service and dirty store. I saw two other ladies that worked there just chatting and nothing related to the store.

I was so angry. I came there to exchange a gift that I got for my birthday, but they wouldnt take it because I didnt have the gift receipt if you dont have it you have to wait 5-10 business days in order for them to send you your store credit. Needless to say if you are looking for a place to shop for someones birthday present save them the hassle of this store.

I went here this past holiday season. They had an amazing sale going on but the store was picked clean so I didnt find much. I had a gift card to spend. Its probably better when the store hasnt been ravaged by people during busy holiday seasons.

I tried to exchange stuff I bought with a receipt and they wouldnt exchange the items for a diff size and wouldnt give me the money I paid for the items. Never shopping at old navy again!!!
