The place is always a disaster with stuff all over, and it not hard to imagine why the place is dirty. There are a lot items that are damaged. The customer service is okay when you check out, but do not ask for anything else. I asked what the price was for something that did not have a price and was told to go check another item in the store. The problem was that it was the only item in store and I could not compare it. Also, some of the shampoo is kept in a security box like razors and we asked if we could smell it to see if we liked it. Apparently they are in the box to prevent you from smelling, as we were rudely told. Go to Marshalls instead.

This store is a mess and the staff, especially some of the cashiers...are rude. The woman that checked me out (at the return desk) 7/6/17 around 5:30 pm, did not even say hello to me. She said "next". Then like a light switch, was all smiles when a co-worker walked by. She could care less that I was there. The store is well stocked but like I said, a mess. You could stand at the jewelry counter all day and not be noticed. I go because they have a lot of inventory. The older lady working the dressing room is friendly...maybe they should have her train the others in customer service!

This store is the worst Ross Ive ever seen. It is always messy with tons of merchandise mis-marked and out of place. The staff, which hardly speaks english, is unhelpful and rude. Id rather drive ten miles out of my way than visit here again.

Never enough cashiers, if you know there are customers waiting 10+ minutes to checkout, you should have more than 2 cashiers. After 10 minutes, I just put my stuff down and left. Lady at the dressing room was beyond rude.

I would have been fine with security didnt follow me throughout the whole damn store. Not only did I feel unjust and stereotyped and racially profile. If I had a choice I would never come back to this store again

I absolutely love this ross and do most of my shopping there. Its a first for me to find a Ross that had great customer service, and everything is near and its place. If I could Id give this location 10 stars.

I like Ross. They sell the best brands in the clothing industry, and is priced down which is the best. The problem though that sometimes the store can be full of people.
