I order Stetson High noon cowboy hat 5 inch brim from here, when i bought the hat the store mangager said i can bring it by anytime an get it shape then once i went back she wanted me to leave it their and she will do it later an then they will call me to come back an pick it up because she had more in important things to do but seriously it dosnt take a lot of time to shape a Hat just under a year ago i had the same place shape my old had an the women that did a great job an i even tip for doing my hat but i only seen her once the other women that work at this Boot barn must not no how to shape hats , if your looking to buy or order western wear this is a great place for that but if want a hat shape save your time an money an find a better place or try to find that one women that know how to shape it but i wouldnt ask the store mangager do the hat

The ladies that work here are very nice. Very helpful. Clean store and dressing rooms. Great selection of cowboy/farm wear. Alot of very high quality items. Cons are the prices are on the high side and most boots and other items are made in china. Need more American made boots and items.
