Went to the store yesterday to get a backpack. My niece had one picked out and was excited about it. We got there and the one she wanted was gone. I was told by 2 different customer service employees that I can order it online and have it sent to my home "for free because it was not in the store". Then, I saw some signage that said the same thing. "Cant find it in the store? Order online and get free shipping". So, I get home, and get online to order. Nowhere does it state that I get free shipping because I couldnt find it in the store. I call customer service, and speak with Charlie. He tells me that I have to either spend more than $49.00 or sign up for a credit card to get free shipping. OR.. I can use the computer in the store... however, in this day and age... who puts their credit card information on a public in store computer? Not me. I guess my niece will have to find something else.. SOMEWHERE else... because I wont be going back to Kmart. This is the last straw with this company. I try to never go in there, because I always feel like I have been ripped off when I leave, because the signs dont explain the sales, or the people have to price check literally Everything! No thanks! I

Today , I was told of an incident that occurred yesterday (5/17/2014) at our local K-Mart here in Kingman , and it has me quite upset . As it was told to me an elderly lady (81) , had gotten permission last month from K-Mart management , to sell poppies , to help support Veterans . This is in view of the up and coming, Memorial Day Weekend . The lady was rudely treated , after having set up , and told to pack her things up and be off the property , unconcerned what previous management had agreed to .I myself am a Viet Nam Era Veteran and a Senior Citizen . I have shopped K-Mart before it was called K-Mart (SS Kresge ) . I have enjoyed shopping at this location . But wonder if this is a new direction the store is taking ? I doubt it is competition over the sale of poppies . Much like Girl Scouts sell cookies , in front of business that sell cookies ? Maybe time to check out the competition .

Kmart is my favorite store in Kingman. From the wide variety of clothing to shoes to my electronic needs Kmart is a One-Stop shop. Their friendly staff is remarkable in this day and age to actually find good customer service in a store of that size. I dont think Ive been to Walmart in the last 2 years because of Kmart. Checkouts are always fast and easy not to mention the amazing Shop Your Way Rewards program. I have saved so much money over the years because of the Shop Your Way Rewards card.

Went to return clothes TWICE. First time they took 30 minutes till I said Ill just said I will have to come in tomorrow because I do not have time to waste right now. The second day, they couldnt get it done. This store is a joke with employees that are not trained at all. Not even the manager knew how to refund anything.

Only giving a one star to write this review.. I am beyond pissed at this location. I went to buy two hulk toys for the sale price shown only to find out that it was wrong and they would only give me one for the price. I have two kids. The manager was rude. The bathroom is disgusting. Never again will I shop here

I used to love going to kmart. Since they got rid of the long time ppl. The place has gone to the dogs. Prices r wrong on some things. U cant find anyone to help you unless you walk all the way to the front of the store. Waited in line for 15 min.

Father went in to buy some NyQuil and they said he needed ID he didnt have his wallet on so I went in and they said they couldnt sell it to me because I was with him what a joke and a bunch and stupid ass ditzy people I hope they burn down

Worst store ever.... Poor and rude management. Corporate should fire the managers and hire some new ones or just close that store for good. I dont know why they keep it open when No one ever shops there.

To expensive. Theyre $5.00~$10.00 more than Wal-Mart. The only thing I like is that they allow you put anything on Layaway, but thats not enough for me to shop there.
