I only write reviews when its beyond good except for this review... before I start Ive been on the fun part of customer service which is retail $ales since I was 18... Im the type when I come in my work Ill have 2 to 3 people waiting for me... I was going to let this go because Im just a nice peaceful guy overall the service I got here is actually pretty good even had a lady put extra effort to help me find my "dream sunglasses" thats showing online they have in store but no where to be found on...its also 40% OFF which is just amazing for Gucci accs... ...soons I saw the glasses on Retail Me Not app I just grabbed socks n I off to Nordstrom I went... half way thru me searching Nordstrom I notice this tall dressed up security following me around in a very veeery very obvious manner... so obvious the lady helping me even tried to rush things up because of serious face the security guy has on me... this is totally not cool and I believe Im doing the right thing here... Ive never felt so disrespected my whole life and we didnt even exchange a single word... I cried when I told my girlfriend what happened when I got home...

Its okay. A few things to note: if you walk in through the front entrance of the Fashion Show Mall, you have to walk all the way to the back to access it. Of course if you know where to park your car off of the street, its actually pretty close to the lock itself. Another thing is that they dont have a customer service department. All customer service stuff like returns have to happen at the individual cashiers. Which is okay if theyre not busy but not okay if they are. Long waits.

Very unfriendly employees -- practically do anything to avoid a customer. The lady we did find was literally on her phone talking to a family member and kept six of us in line for about five minutes. Was not a family emergency either, was speaking to someone about dinner and her cashing her paycheck. Then I read today that they have also stopped carrying Ivanka items. I dont like Trump, but please, their business is not politics.

This is the classiest Nordstroms that Ive ever shopped at. David, who works in menswear is an example of the quintessential Nordstroms employee. Everyone weve worked with at this store has been terrific! I also like Nordstroms at Stanford Mall, in Stanford (Palo Alto) CA where I was a customer for many years. And in Honolulu, where a friend works in tailoring. There are many great Nordstroms locations out there...

Amazing staff that not only were helpful over the phone but also I store. They serve tons of people who need things last moment for some occasion while visiting the strip... And totally rock at doing it. I needed jeans for a wedding and they got them tailored in 30 mins. . Props for the customer service when I will most likely not be a repeat customer to this location... Since it is a tourist spot.

Marie in the Jo Malone department is AWESOME. very helpful and knowledgeable of her products. she will ask you what type of scents you gravitate to and shell match a scent you will fall in love with. it was funny because the ones I thought I would love was meeh =( and the ones she picked was spot on. she also demonstrated how to layer these to create a totally different experience. BRAVO MARIE =)

I loved this place. It was a nice little shopping center. They had good stores and good food. Me and the girls went to pole worx for some pole dancing lessons after shopping. It was a great way to finish the day. Had a blast.

They dont have a huge collection here. Probably because there is plenty of competition within the mall itself. Service is very friendly and attentive. Would definitely show up here again if I needed something in a pinch.

Took forever to find my pants I had tailored. Waste if time. They should have a policy in place for the tailor to leave the finished products. Im on vacation and 1 hour out of my day is a big deal.
