I really like Ross stores in fact a few years ago we planed our drive back from Wisconsin to Arizona trying to go to as many Ross stores as we could. They dont have any in Wi, Mn. or the Dakotas. Unfortunately compared to all the other Ross stores we have been to, this is the worst. They do not have a lot of stock. I dont understand some of the Henderson and Vegas stores have so stock that its hard to find things Occasionally I stop in there hoping things have changed but not yet. I went in the other day and they had some sweaters that I had purchased 3 yrs. ago from them. Thats another problem things that are not in fashion anymore. Its like the outlet of Ross stores but no change in the prices. The one good thing about it is they try to keep it clean.

The management is rude and unbelievable. Grabbing customers and treating them like they are nothing but trash. That manager Evelyn was horrible. They should never let someone like that, who talks down and attacks customer for just shopping there, be a manager. This Ross will never last if she stays in her position. Evaluate that womens behaviour cause she is rude and attacks customers physically and verbally.

The worse Ross ice ever been to. It sucks cause I love Ross. Their selection is limited. They dont have a lot of what other Rosss have. If you want to try on clothes expect to be treated like a criminal. Maybe an inmate. Its ridiculous. Its irritating. It has lost them our business. We dont like spending money in places where the workers are rude and treat us like criminals.

I truly enjoy Ross I go there mostly for their wide variety of shoes at low prices. Sadly if youre a guy who wears anything over an extra large Ross doesnt have that much of a variety. Very friendly customer service staff not to mention their low prices on name-brand merchandise makes Ross a great place to shop.
