While I did receive good customer service the price was completely unreasonable. I was told it was $185 for my prescription sunglasses (that is with good insurance). I almost bought them, but decided to check prices elsewhere. I went up the street and the same pair with the same options for $57. So you may get the service here but at over three times the price it isnt worth it.

Horrible service!!! Walk in... nobody greets you... sit your own self down.. patiently wait and they do not even acknowledge us or say we will be right with you... waited 30 minutes before we had to leave because we were obviously not going to be helped any time soon! I would rather drive out of town than to deal with these rude people.. worst customer service!

As soon as I walked in, i was greeted and helped. Got the BOGO sale. Said it wld be 3 hours, actully called me in under and hour and half. Both were Ready. My New Eye place for sure
