Beware this dealerships sales tactics. I purchased a Used Car from this location. During the purchasing process, the dealership used several unsavory tactics. They tried to charge me $500 for a VIN window etching upgrade that can be done yourself for $25. I later found out that the vehicle already had VIN etching. There were several mistakes made during the paperwork which I have seen before at low quality dealerships. Things such as the wrong price entered on the contract and forgetting that the car came with a warranty and trying to sell me one. Finally, I paid a $200 documentation fee to cover any document processing they had to be done. I was also charged a $40 Title Fee to cover the cost of the Title transfer at the BMV. I later received the Title application from the dealership in the mail. I called them and they told me that I had to pay for the Title transfer myself in direct contradiction to what I was told when I approved this charge. Even the person at the BMV was confused as the dealership normally handles this process and pays this fee. I would avoid this dealership but if you must deal with them, bring someone experienced at buying cars and triple check every number they give you.

My experience at Andy Mohr was good at first thought and then when I really looked at my paperwork, I realized that options had been added without my knowledge. The price of the vehicle had been increased more than $2000. I was told the Ziebart protection was something Nissan did to all their vehicles only to realize that the cost of the Ziebart had been added to my purchase price without my knowledge. GAP insurance as well as the extended warranty were added without my permission. I am also a USAA customer and had paperwork giving me a better purchase price through USAA. The paperwork was handed back to me and I was told I did not need it. When I came into get the Ziebart done on my vehicle and I found out it had been added to my purchase price, I talked to the Sales Manager and he could not believe what had happened. He apologized and offered me money in return for the amount of the USAA discount. I have not received the check yet, but expect it will come. Demico is not someone you would want to deal with when purchasing a car here. As I waited for my car to get the Ziebart, I was given a courtesy car and everyone who passed me while waiting was courteous and friendly.

I want to comment about an experience at the Andy Mohr Nissan on Lafayette Road. I took my Nissan in yesterday for brake service. The total cost for this service was questioned by the co-owner of my vehicle who spoke with the service manager, Bill Fletcher. This Service Manager proceeded to scream and shout at my 89-year-old aunt, saying that he heard conversations that he DID NOT hear, and that he was not going to discuss anything with her because she had nothing to do with the situation!!!! (Bear in mind, it is HER car and it was HER credit card that they applied $489 to for a simple brake job). This morning when she attempted to get some clarification about why the exorbitant cost for a simple brake job, she was treated in the most UNKIND, RUDE manner for anyone to speak to another human being, much less someone in business, not to mention, hold a management position. On a positive note, I must say that my sales experience with the sales staff, the financing staff and the General Manager have always went out of their way to go above and beyond. Service Department??? Entirely different story!

Beware of this dealership. My wife and I came to look a 2004 F150 Yellow Super Cab FX4, this truck is worthless. We live 2.5 hours away and called to make an appointment to come look at the truck. After talking to the used car Manger he assured us the truck was in good working order that the problems we cosmetic. He stated the truck has the check engine light on but is unsure why. His mechanics did not know what was wrong (first red flag). After arriving to the dealership we were told to take the truck to their mechanic to get checked out. We chose however to go to and independent shop to get an unbiased opinion. The mechanic we took the truck to said the truck was so bad he didnt even charge us to look at it. We were talk the truck would need a new engine, transmission, and rear end approximately $12,000 worth of work. Upon returning to the dealership the Internet manager said he knew the truck was bad and was going to take it off the lot. They lied again. The truck is still for sale they reduced the price to $6000. Stay away.

My experience with Andy Mohr Nissan on Lafayette Road has been consistently horrible for the last 6-7 years. I own a Nissan and have taken it there for service work and body work. Every time I deal with this dealership I have multiple problems. The managers including the General Manager (Brian Webb), Body Shop manager (JR Scott), and estimator Fred Livers all treated me with disrespect and made me feel very unvalued as a customer. Brian Webb the GM stated he was "Andy Mohr" and I could not take my complaint further. I was advised by the staff to contact Andy Mohr himself if I wanted something done. This is not the first bad experience I have had with them. I had my sunroof repaired over 5 years ago and have consistently taken it back to find out why it leaks. They have never fixed it. Now tell me I need to contact insurance. Is this how you want the service of your business to be known? Also, Brian Webb stated he would call me back and has failed to do that. I recommend no one go to Andy Mohr Nissan. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Went in to purchase a new vehicle I saw on their website. I expected to get the vehicle for the advertised price, as well as a fair, if slightly lower value on my trade in. After 4 hours, they still would not show me on paper what the price of the vehicle would be, and only offered me half the KBB trade in value of my car. When I said I would walk, they then agreed to give me fair value for my car, but still wouldnt write down the sales price of the new vehicle. When I was finally able to see paperwork, they had replaced all the numbers given to me verbally with the original, ridiculous offers they presented. Luckily for me, I read every line before I sign things. I cant imagine if this had been someone buying a first car, or perhaps an older individual who is more trusting. These kinds of business practices are predatory & disgraceful. I will be happily purchasing a vehicle from their competitor.

Unknowingly ripped off by the Auto Repair Shop. Jacked up the car, called a friend and brought my flat tire still on the Alloy rim with the hope of getting back on the road and done right. While in the waiting room, they purchased a tire across the street at Discount Tire for 60 bucks and jacked up the price to 130 when it was a dented rim. They offered to fix it for 100 with no service fee but no guarantee since it was aluminum. They did not let me leave without paying for the tire. I left for Discount Tire to fix the rim. It was there an associate recognized the tire and informed me that I was ripped off. I ended up purchasing a temporary rim, a used tire and still drove back to Indy to pick up my rim which was an easy fix. At least I have a spare and a new tire on my fixed rim, but will not use Andy Mohrs service in the future and will definitely not recommend anyone to this facility.
