Rightway in Muskegon, MI ran my credit 30+ times with fraudulent info. I traded in another vehicle which has not been paid off and the contract was signed 12/22/16 causing even more damage to my credit with 2 late payments. They took 29 days to submit my contract to capital one so by the time I even knew about them submitting the fraudulent info it had already been a month. I contacted them and they were very rude shrugging me off like it was no big deal telling me to stop arguing with them and not to worry they had everything under control. They then told me I had to start paying them directly for the loan and continue to pay on my trade in on top of it. I called the regional manager Gary Walters directly and explained what was going on. He laughed at me at first and told me he was going to personally handle the matter and get me financed with Creditwise. I explained that I took another higher paying job out of town because I thought I had a newer vehicle yet he still submitted the original fraudulent info. I then went back to the Muskegon store on 01/28/17 to sign the new contract. Upon looking at the new contract, they tried to rush me to sign, I noticed the sale price was almost $4000 more without the service contract that was in the original. They then had to redo the contract once more. After reviewing even more of the paper work they screwed up the transfer title and plate which is no big deal but is when you consider everything else. So I walk out thinking everything is under control this mess is over. I waited another week and my old loan company called again asking for 2 late payments now. I then called Gary Walters again and he claimed never told him about the new job. I said yes I did and he began yelling at me over the phone telling me to stop arguing with him. I got even more pissed off and told him to stop acting like this is not a big deal. He then threatened to stop helping me all together. After a few words exchanged back and forth we both calmed down and he said he would check into it. 5 minutes later I get a call from Aaron at the Muskegon store. He said he had planned on calling me and letting me know they needed my new employment info which I told them when I signed the new contract. Every single time I have been the one that has had to initiate the contact to get the ball rolling again. I am still waiting for the contract to be finalized after talking to the loan company myself because rightway refuses to discuss the matter any further with me. This has truly been the worst sales experience in my life and is a living nightmare. Please do yourself a favor and never go here. These people are a joke. Please learn from my experience. This place sold me a van that 5 days after buying had to be put in the shop and 3 months later it is still in the shop and has actually been sent to multiple shops due to the amount of problems wrong with it dont buy a car from them their service sucks they say 70 point inspection but they dont check out any of their vehicles before putting them on the lot and the old lady the works the is a liar and her attitude sucks worse than their service plus if they do manage to get you financing they will charge you for having the car for before your financing is even approved DONT BUY anything from them they dont put " dreams in driveways " its more like nightmares and they arent the rightway to go more like wrong way

RightWay Auto in Muskegon was such a life saver! I walked onto their lot with not much hope due to having 2 trade ins with negative equity, and credit that other dealers refused to work it. I immediately felt relief after speaking with Wilma and Ricardo. Both Wilma and Ricardo worked so hard to get me into a vehicle I will be able to drive for many years, and I absolutely love! Purchase experience was great! I did have a problem with the vans air conditioning, but once Ricardo found out, he got the car from me, got me a loaner and took it right in to be repaired. We are still waiting on a follow up repair but I know Ricardo will take good care of us! Highly recommend these guys. They will stand by their product and do their best to get you new wheels!

James was very helpful with getting my husband and myself in a new car. He kept saying no question is a stupid question and he sure made it feel that way. He explained everything to us.
