I just wanted to let you all know how appreciative I am of the service provided by Katherine’s Florist. I had called in to get a basket made up for my Mom’s birthday, this was not something that was offered on your website but you all went ahead and put something together anyway – and from what I hear it came out perfectly it was exactly what she likes and what I would have wanted to send! Today’s business ethics are portrayed differently from person to person, this is an example where a local business that stands behind their product to make a fantastic outcome! Being that I live away from loved ones I do have to rely on sending gifts and in the past using national chains have been horribly disappointed with the end result. I would suggest Katherine’s Florist to anyone – along with will I will always return to with future business.

recently my mom passed away and i was told about this florist, i went into arrange my flowers and they were lovley, very proffessional, experienced and listened to what we wanted rather than what they wanted to sell us. the arranegments were far more beautiful than imagined and they even let us see them the morning of the funeral so there were no nasty surprises ( i have been very disappointed by other florists before and wanted these to be special) no disppointment at all. thankyou so much for everything...me and my family will always use this florist from now on...5 ***************

Great customer service in general and compared to others in the area Katherines is exceptional. I needed flowers delivered the same day. The person that answered the phone was helpful, he took his time to figure out what I wanted and made appropriate suggestions without trying to up sell me. Delivery was fast, the flowers arrived within 4 hours and they were beautiful, exceeding expectations. I highly recommend Katherines Florist.

I called Katherines Florist last minute for my Mothers birthday and not only were they able to deliver within a couple of hours that same day, they brought her an arrangement that made my Mother cry. I told the person on the phone how much I had to spend and she worked with me to choose something that fit my budget. I would highly recommend using them if you have any florist needs. I will use them again for sure.

Little Bang for your Buck. Dont get me wrong, the employees are very nice, polite, and helpful. But the product you recieve for the amount you spend quite frankly is poor. Twice Ive ordered flowers from here in hopes that my first experience was a fluke. I was wrong. 1st time shame on you, 2nd time shame on me. Ive learned my lesson.

Absolute top notch experience with Katherines.(A family member from up north actually recommended them from her phone conversation) Went in the afternoon prior to a babys funeral, and they didnt bat an eye when asked to assemble a casket spray for the next morning, which was beautiful.
