My first and maybe my last. Asked for goat cheese, the employee looked and stated they didnt have any after I looked myself. Didnt say "sorry". Didnt say "we need to order it again". Didnt say "our next delivery will be on such and such date so please come back and check with us again". Just "dont have any " and walked away. I always thought Winn Dixie was a very customer friendly store. I was wrong with this one on SR 50 in Claremont fl

Worst customer service. Checker left post as we were approaching checkout, said shed "be right back" We waited a few minutes, and she didnt return. We saw said Checker talking with a manager as we waited at her checkout. We left and went through self checkout, and on the way out of the store, mentioned it to the manager, who completely blew us off. Last time we will ever go to this store.

Ive always liked Winn-Dixie but Ill admit this one is a little dirtier than Im use to. The staff is super friendly though and it feels more like a small town grocer than a large chain. I have not compared prices, but I feel like I was getting food value for the money I spent. My biggest disappoint was the selection here... it just was not what Im use to from the other WDs Ive been in.

You stopped handling Krakaus Ham in your stores in The Villages, leaving us to pick from ham you think we should be eating. Well I want to tell you the I bought a pound of your ham on the bone lunch meat and paid for 1/4 lb. of fat. The other choices you are giving are not even close to the quality the Krakaus offers. I love shopping at Winn-Dixie! It may not be as flashy as somebofbthe other grocery chains, but I feel ibget back in better savings on everyday items. I refuse to step foot inside Wal-Mart, Publix is too expensive and Target just doesnt always have everything I need. The prices are right and the fuel perks are a great way of spreading my $$ further too!

Staff is always very helpful and friendly, baked good are always fresh, and their fried chicken isnt too salty like KFCs. But... sometimes the produce section has moldy fruit and limp lettuce and spinach, and the bathrooms arent always clean and stocked.

I shop at this Winn Dixie once a week. I do most of my grocery shopping at Publix, however I find the beef here far superior, so I buy all my ground beef and steak here. Staff are very friendly, i would get more here if the prices were a little better.

They recently removed their 4 automated check outs for 1 handicap checkout?!! Why not remove 1 or 2 regular check out lanes since theyre always understaffed and cant open all their lanes anyway? Why inconvenience 99 percent of your customers for 1%?

Super clean. Well lit. Polite staff. The buy one get one is awesome and you can earn points simply by shopping and those points add up to take a maximum of .25 off each gallon of gas you buy at Shell stations.
