If I could give this place NO STAR I would. I paid almost $70 for a bunch of flowers for my Mom who lives in FL while I like in NY. You would expect an outstanding bunch of beautiful flowers. What my mom received was not only the ugliest bouquet I have ever seen, but the cheapest vase with no wrapping, bow or design like how it was displayed online. I called to tell them how upset I was, not only was Mary or the woman who answered the phone so very rude she didnt care, she said shell send out a completely different set as if I was stupid for even complaining, she practically sounded like an automated, monotone machine. My mom received the new set and not only was it ugly it was literally a few carnations and 2 sunflowers. In NY where things are more expensive, you would not even pay more then $10 for what they sent. This place not only embarrassed themselves but they embarrassed me for even expecting something half decent. I think places like this need to be shut down. NO PEOPLE SKILLS, NO PASSION FOR YOUR JOB, NO CARE, NOTHING!

When I was searching for a florist for my wedding, this shop was the only one that was willing to help me the day and moment I walked in. We ended up working with Joe throughout the planning and he was more than helpful. He was also great at communicating and emailed me back within a day or two when I had questions or concerns leading up to the wedding. He had awesome ideas and all the arrangements ended up exactly as we wanted them. We had flowers for our tables, pillar arrangements for our outside ceremony, a floral hairpiece for myself, bouquets, and boutonnieres/wrist corsages for the wedding party and everything was perfect. He delivered it all on time and even specifically delivered my hairpiece and bouquets to my room so I could be ready on time. The pricing was extremely reasonable for all the flowers we ordered. My husband and I could not have been more satisfied. Thank you, Joe!!

My name is Chris Ladd and I have lived in beautiful Clermont for 32 years. I want to assure anyone that if you are looking for a Florist that Clermont Florist is the only one to use! Clermont Florist always has wonderful quality, reasonable prices and excellent customer service. As a Fine Art Major, I especially appreciate the high level of creativity that Joe puts into his floral arrangements. I have ordered everything from a boutonniere to funeral to wedding arrangements, and each and every time Clermont Florist delivered with top notch quality! And, talk about accommodating. . .I recently had a rush order that I only had a couple of hours to get done and Joe happily helped me out having order ready in under two hours! Amazing! That is what Clermont Florist is and I am so grateful for all the wonderful service they have provided over these many years. Thank you!!

Wow, What an experience. I stopped in to get some flowers for my wife, after another Florist in town lost my order. Joe the Florist walked me into his cooler let me tell him what I was thinking and then proceeded to make Laurens flowers. While waiting he offered me a sample of wine. To my delight I found out that they offer a large selection of wines. I purchased 3 bottles of wine including one of the delicious Cocoa Di Vine Chocolate wine. When Joe finished with the flowers my jaw dropped, in about 5 minutes he made what appeared to be far above what was promised. As I write this about a 5 days later the Flowers are still alive but the wine bottles are empty. LOL. I might just have to get my wife some more flowers this week just to fill up my wine cabinet. Thanks Joe your the Best.....

I recently sent flowers to my 83 year old Mom for Mothers Day. I paid $42.50 for flowers. My Mom and brother live in Florida. I live in NJ. My brother went to visit my mom on Mothers Day. He called me to tell me the flowers that were delivered was so small and not at all what he would expect me to send. He said they looked to cost $15 at the most. I called the florist and was told that that is what I ordered and that flowers cost more on Mothers Day. Well I just want to receive what I paid for. I feel that they took advantage of the day and that they should be ashamed of charging what they did for what they delivered. In my opinion - order from another florist.

Always the most gorgeous bouquets. I have family that have lived here for many years and when Id drive up to visit them, Id stop at this florist to get them a nice arrangement. I was the niece that always arrived with the best flowers anyone has seen in town. I got their flowers here for birthdays, holidays, and sometimes randomly just for fun. Ive moved further away and I cant visit as often so Ive started ordering the arrangements over the phone. My aunt still freaks out when she sees these flowers at her doorstep.

Clermont florist has always come through for me. Im not good with picking out flowers and have relied on them to put bouquets together for me for some time now and they always exceed my expectations. Their customer service is awesome. The last arrangement they put together for me needed to be delivered within hours of me calling it in and they didnt hesitate to make sure it was delivered on time. Oh and if your not sure what to say on the card they absolutly can help you.

I absolutely love the personal and friendly service Clermont Florist offers. Among other things, I purchase my daughters corsage for our schools Father/Daughter dance every year from them. Regardless of the size of the purchase, the service is exceptional and the flowers are gorgeous. When I need their input, they are happy to talk me through ideas and offer great suggestions. I am a life-time customer.

After being let down by another store for our wedding flowers Clermont Florist saved the day. With less than an hours notice on the morning of the wedding these guys came through for us big time. Everyone at the party commented on the beautiful floral arrangements and several asked to take one home at the end of the night! I have only ever had enjoyable experiences with this florist: they are genuinely nice and strive to make every single customer that walks through the door happy!

Ordered a wrist flower for my sisters prom the day of. They had it ready to go in a few short hours and even worked with us on pick up adding some things in. Since this was ordered over the phone it was hard to tell what I was going to end up with, not being able to see the ribbon and colors. However we got a beautiful flower for her senior prom. Thank you for such high quality last minute.
