Michelle is by far the most amazing person I have ever came to know! These florists at flowers from the heart go above and beyond! The name of their company is perfect because they put their heart and soul into each arrangement that goes thru their doors! I highly recommend this florist if you are sending flowers anywhere near winter haven Florida!

I had roses delivered to my wife for her birthday. They were delivered on time. I called the next morning to ask a question about the roses and the manager insisted on replacing the flowers. She stated that if i was not 100% satisfied she wanted to correct it. This is now my Flower shop for all my needs. They stand behind there products. Thank you
