This is my second time having the pleasure of purchasing furniture from Ashley HomeStore. For me shopping is uneasy and stressful because I expect to encounter tactics like "bait and switch" along with over aggressive, and manipulative sales staff. Each time I shopped at your store it was an extraordinary experience because of the sales representative Mr.Theodore Snead who was very knowledgeable, patient, and worked to get me the best deal possible. Mr. Snead should be in a management position where he can train others to use the sales techniques that comes so natural to him. At first I resisted, but Mr. Snead advised me to the discount value of purchasing more than what I came in to purchase - I came to buy a bedroom set and bought a sofa too. My only complaint is about Ashley HomeStores deliberate policy to not be clear and transparent about its Warranty & Delivery Agreement - 1. which was printed in difficult-to-read pale gray ink 2. micro font print which gives you eye fatigue after the first two sentences 3. It gave the appearance that you had something to hide - deceptive and almost a deal breaker 4. change that warranty to CLEAR black on white text with the same font size that is on the details of the invoice Farid Malik

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this Ashley Furniture location. This was my first time furniture shopping and I was very apprehensive about it, however, Jane helped make it a smooth experience. She personally spent a great deal of time answering any and all questions that I had, and showed a tremendous amount of patience when dealing with a furniture shopping newbie. She never made me feel rushed or pressured at all, and took her time to make sure the financing paperwork was done correctly so that I could have a smooth checkout. She even gave me her cell phone number if I had any more questions or problems with my order. Not only do I highly recommend shopping at this location, but I also urge you to seek Jane out by name for assistance, she really is amazing.

I had the worst experience there. I went to buy a couch in a vip event and the sales woman had given me an appointment for 7pm. I was there 7 sharp. I had to wait for 30 mins till she was free to talk to me about because she was busy and when she came i asked her about something and it took her another 15 mins to answer a very small questions, all the while i was waiting. So i went to ask another sales man about what i wanted and if there was any possibility to negotiate the price and he was so rude in the way he answered me! I told them i didnt like the way he talked and the service they provided, so the sales woman apologized but it was too late for me i didnt want to buy anything from them after both incidents! Horrible experience!

We stopped in to the new store in Mayfield and were greeted very graciously by Roberta R. We appreciated that she didnt immediately offer to help, but let us browse the store. She came by only after we found a sofa and loveseat that we were interested in and were taking measurements, which she finished for us. Loved the helpful, friendly, "no pressure" attitude she displayed. Long story short, the set measurements were a little too large for our space. We checked on line at a number of other stores including Ashleys in Mayfield and found one there that was a better fit. We were so happy to be able to return to the store, where we purchased the set through Roberta! Keep up the good work. Cant wait to receive our new furniture.

Words cant express how grateful I am to Kyle Humphrey. I purchased a sofa, love seat, ottoman, and 2 end tables for my daughter, who lives in Athens, Ohio. Kyle searched every avenue to find a way to ship the furniture to her. Although the outcome was not what my daughter and I hoped for, we were amazed at the effort Kyle put into our situation, when he didnt need to - I am so impressed with Kyle even if he is a Detroit Tigers fan. In the meantime, Im sharing my awesome experience working with Kyle, and referring him to everyone I speak with - including people I dont know! The Mayfield Heights Ashley Furniture store makes everyone who enter feel welcomed, and not pressured. Love this store!!!

My salesperson was Jabril Rogers (bka) JR. He was curteous and knowledgeable about the items in the store. What I appreciated the most was that as hands on as JR was, he didnt crowd me. He always seemed to be just where I wanted him to be at the right time. He never rushed me and let me change my mind as many times as I wanted. It was a great pleasure to work with JR. Very astute young man. JR. made my shopping experience enjoyable. I will be back and I recommend Ashley furniture as the store to find quality items. Go see JR, youll leave happy. BTW, Im not a relative or a store employee, just a satisfied customer..

I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Ashley Furniture. My fiancé and I have been in the market for quite sometime now. Thanks to Roberta and Robin it is all possible. Roberta greeted us with a smile and really worked with us to get us financed to get the furniture of our dreams. Were moving into a new condo in a few months and visited Ashley Homestore located in Mayfield Heights for their grand opening. We were greeted by Patty who was quite personable and very friendly. I really enjoyed the fact that Patty never pressured us for a sale and how incredibly accommodating and understanding she was. We worked with Rob to finalize our purchase and he was equally pleasant. After visiting a few stores, I have to say that this was one of the best furniture shopping experiences by far!!

After visiting 6 furniture stores we went in to this store expecting to find the same ole. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised and found the sectional couch and bed set that weve been looking for. We were met at the door by Ashley who helped us navigate the store. She was very friendly, personable, knowledable, and most importantly we didnt feel pressured to purchase right away-but we did :). Thanks to Ashley and her manager Greg, we left happy and will be back for more things for our new home!

My husband and I came in a few weeks ago searching for a bar/counter table. Ashley Homestore was our last stop and the experience beginning to end and at delivery was fantastic. Shana was the sales associate who assisted us the entire time. She walked around the entire store with us showing us options and even let us move some bar chairs to the table we had selected. Because of the great service from Shana, her manager and the rest of the staff we will back.

I cannot express enough how wonderful the customer service was at this store. Jabril (JR) welcomed us as we entered and asked about what we were looking for. He explained the layout of the store and how to read all of the signs. He gave us space to browse but continued to check in on us and point out pieces matching our needs. He remembered our names which made it feel so personal. And the pieces in the store were incredible. I highly recommend shopping here!!
