The salesman there seemed quite eager to make a deal with me. He offered to take off a good chunk of the cost of the items I was looking at--and they seemed to be quite good deals. However he continuously pressured me to buy from him that day, though I mentioned I wasnt necessarily planning on buying anything, I was simply shopping. At one point he offered me a free choice of 3 love seats if I committed to buying this bedroom set right now (which was a heavily discounted floor model). However he wouldnt allow me to see the three options before committing to his deal. I didnt enjoy the experience, so I walked. I immediately went to a different retailer not two miles away, and found the exact same bedroom set for $400 less than this salesman was pushing me (for a new one at that), and I found a much friendlier, non-confrontational experience. My experience at LaSalle felt very much like the stereotypical used car salesman experience. Would not recommend.

I am redecorating my house and have been shopping around at different furniture stores in the area. After visiting this store, I am sure that I would never shop here again. Upon entering, I was approached by an employee that showed me where the living room furniture was located. After about 30 seconds of looking, he became very aggressive after I told him that I would not be buying anything today and was just looking around for different prices. He then became hostile and stated that he was "trying to make a living" and wasnt interested if I wasnt buying then and there. He then simply walked away and sat at a desk and ignored me as I left. His erratic behavior suggested that he may have been on some type of drugs. Either way, I would suggest going to another LaSalle furniture where the salesmen are less aggressive.

My wife and I were shopping for some living room furniture and came across this local store in Wickliffe. We were both pleasantly surprised to find a great selection and really great prices. The staff was very courteous and answered all of our questions but did not hover over us at all. We bought a sofa and loveseat and it was delivered as promised. We are for sure going back to buy a new mattress there really soon. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good quality, fairly priced furniture or mattresses.

Paid their $5 fee for the liquidation expo. All of it is OVERPRICED JUNK! A 10 YEAR OLD LAPTOP FOR 199? Theyre selling a $300 stereo for $499 ?! Most of it is low end off brand junk, Why do you exist, How do you exist?

place was closing for good but the salespeople seemed like they didnt want to sell anything. everything seemed overpriced for a store closing their location
