The guy was ignorant! Also lazy! They obviously messed up my phone number, because my Petco Reward didnt come off, and when I questioned it, he got irritated when I requested he reenter my phone number. If you dont like your job, then quit! I spend hundreds of dollars at Petco across the country. I rightfully earned that reward, and wanted to use it! The customer service is sad! Wont be back to this location!

Came to this petco store on June 20th.Abbott 10am. The young lady was very informative and knowledgeable. I tried a different petco store because I purchased 4 goldfish from mt. Prospect store and 2 of the died, went back got 2 more they died, decided to try wooddale store hopefully

I asked for a fish, and the store worker asked why. I told him that I was today was fish night, and I was getting hungry. He wouldnt let me have a fish, so I called the manager over, but he threatened to call the police if I dont leave. Crap Store.

GREAT people. NOTE: THE MAP MARKER IS STILL WRONG DESPITE 3 ATTEMPTS TO CHANGE IT. ITS NEXT TO TARGET, NOT BEHIND A GAS STATION 1.6 MILES UP THE ROAD. GO WEST TO THE JEWEL/TARGET. ITS IN THAT STRIP MALL.

Dont recommend this petco poor management, when to buy gold fish most of the fish were dead. Store needs new management!
