I read elsewhere about this place after doing some research and read quite good reviews so I decided to take my puppy here. She told me there would be an extra charge if my puppys hair was matted and I agreed that would be fine. The regular charge was 25.00 and 45.00 if it was matted. Well she charged me 45.00 after she pretty much shaved him, not fixing his hair so why would she charge me the extra 20.00? Then I asked twice, once over the phone then once in person about cleaning inside the ears and she told me both times it would be done and when I picked him up they were just as dirty as before. I was not please at all and wouldnt recommend this company to anyone!!

Very nice people at this small business!! My (yorkie poo) Mr.Bentley used to hate going to his old groomer, but once he went to pampered pets that changed!!!He is energetic and ready to go inside when we get into the parking lot! They do an awesome job with the teddy bear cut and he always smells GREAT the scent of the shampoo last a month even if he gets wet in the rain. The pricing is very affordable. I can go on and on about pampered pets staff but I will stop here. Take your pet(s) here u will not regret it!
