If you are looking for a place to get your dog trained, This is the place! I had my dog trained with Bill Dunbar and It was a great experience. Bill takes the time to work with your dog and you so training can continue at home and that is so important if training is going to be a success. The training area is big, bright and clean and so is the store. The store is stocked well and anything you need for training is there. Bills training technique uses treats, patience and praise to train the dogs and my dog responded very well to everything Bill taught her. He had a harder time teaching me but again he used patience and praise. Thanks Bill. My dog is now a pleasure to walk and take anywhere. Do yourself a favor and stop in and see Bill Dunbar about your training needs. Your dog will thank you.

This is a great Petco! I highly recommend the puppy training classes. Their trainer, Bill Dunbar, is exceptional. My experiences have been that he has a deep understanding of dog psychology and our puppy has benefitted so much from these classes. Highly recommended! Also, sign up for a Petco Rewards card and you will save a ton. Weve received so many promotions and redeemed a ton of Petco rewards for our basic purchases like dog food. They stock great brands like Merrick and have great weekly deals. There are also lots of chew toys in clearance bins so keep an eye out for those so you can stock up for your dog. Cheers!

The animals here are poorly taken care of and its obvious. The cages of the smaller animals like the mice have lots of feces and dont seem frequently cleaned. The animals are also surely not taken out of their cages at all and have an unsufficient space but when we asked about it it would be a "liability" issue to let them out and have some play time but you can tell that it is unhealthy. There are tons of fish stuffed into each aquarium. Understood you cant let the animals roam but the space that they each get is not healthy, especially the ferrets. Staff was very helpful, though.

The grooming section is HORRIBLE!! She was quite rude to my wife over the phone. Theres only one employee who works the grooming section. She is so incompetent she actually said, "youve never brought your dog here... and my file says hes really scared of the blow dryer." How do you have a file on my dog if hes never been there? I dont trust people who contradict themselves and are rude to my wife. Its really sad because the other employees there, and the rest of the store, are great.

Bought two robo hamsters here with my girlfriend. Scott, a long haired gentleman who works there, turned the occasion into a wonderfully memoriable event and helped us figure out exactly what we needed. I would recommend this store above all the others in the area (we shopped at 3 other petcos, 4 other petsmarts and 2 independent stores first), mostly because of Scott.

So me and my friend went there to pet a cute ferret and this girl who works Tuesday at 6 pm was so rude to us , she asked me for an ID but i obviously look older than 16 ( Im 19) , and she wasnt smiling the whole time ,wasnt talking to me or my friend, just stayed by us and rolled her eyes while I carried the ferret, but I like the store!
