The female manger Tomika is always so rude and short with customers, she verbally belittle the cashier in front of customers, when I needed a mgt assistance she was outside smoking. When another mgt came in on duty, she helped me before she even clock in name Latiesha, she was great! For Petsmart to be a new store on this end of town, they have some very unprofessional store and assistant store mgt.

Has a groomers but not a pet hospital (Banfield) prices are ok staff is very helpful.
