They are cheap, but they also lie. Theyre my #1 place to pick up cheap fish food, other than online sales, but Ill be going wholly online after this experience. Bought two apple snails from here and was told, by the employee who was fishing them out, that theyll buy any babies my snails produce. With that in mind, I allowed the two to breed and carefully raised the babies so they would grow well. Took twenty-five of the now-large babies to the store and then found out that it was a lie. They dont want anything raised by anyone, from snails to guppies, and said theyve bought assassin snails to kill off their own in-store snails... though since snails are $$, I cant see why theyre wanting to kill off their profit. So, either the employee who curled up her nose as if Im an idiot told a lie, or the original employee told a lie. Either way, definitely not a reputable business practice, and the main reason why Ill not be back. We have other options in town, including two other pet-supply stores and two other dedicated fish stores in addition to the usual big box stores.

will never return to this place again. i bought several items from this store and have always been treated nice until tonight. I tried to exchange a collar for a smaller one. I didnt have my receipt but did use my pet supply card to make purchase so they should have been able to look it up. for some reason they could not find it. i was told to find my receipt or they would not exchange it. it was still in the packaging undamaged. i told him that i didnt want money just the same collar. the manager said no. so i told him to keep the money and the collar. they obviously needed the money more than i do. i said i would never return. he offered my pet supply card back and i told him to keep it i would never need it again. he said ok. wow? really? ok? Great customer service. I dont suggest anyone shop at this place. boycott them not very nice people

Well this was my go to place for my little beardy but now the manager I usually ask for is no longer there. The kids that are there now know nothing like she did. They have told me stuff to feed an do with my beardy that could be detrimental to her. If I hadnt of second guessed her an looked it up for myself I would have done it an could have hurt her. Why would you get rid of that manager? She worked her but off an was always there. Every time I came in, she was there. I would always ask for her an talk to her an learn new/more stuff about my beardy, now shes no longer here an the people now know nothing about reptiles.. A local style pet supply with all the basics for a large variety of pets-cats, dogs, bird, rabbits, fish, feeders for animals, with choices for most accessories for cats, dogs, birds, fish, and several other. Staff is always nice although a bit hurried (short staffed?). Good price for a speciality store. Can find most things I need - sometimes hard to find for my large dog , but good place to find senior cats items. Very large choice of items for small animals. Organic and speciality items are available. Open 7 days a week with good store hours.

This place is one of the best places I know of I have been to many pet stores that werent so great. They have great workers they are highly knowledgeable if they wouldnt get it for themselves they dont expect you to. I had a wonderful conversation with one of their workers named Ashely she knew everything I was asking she has some of the similar animals and she gave great input on products many that they carry. Another one was Josh He gives great advice on aquatic animals. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Employee & manager said they could not get bag of pet feed from totes in the back. As we left with our bag of other brand pet food the same Store Director(!) said she was going in the back to get somebody elses pets shampoo or something. Ive worked in retail 8 years and the worst they would of had to do was walk to the back of the store and log onto the inventory scanner or go through and verify an invoice. 30 seconds tops. Beautiful location saves them the one star.

Awesome pet store, with the best prices and selections. Its always clean. The cashiers and workers are ready to help - even on busy days. Ive been shopping here since it has opened, and have never had a bad experience. The only complaint I can come up with is there arent many cat products as opposed to dog items. The reptile selection is great though, especially if your looking for different things. Crickets, and animals are healthy.

The people here are extremely helpful and are always willing to help you find anything that you need. They stock quality products for any pet and they have a certified veterinary nutritionist employed there for advice on how to feed your animal properly. That is just one thing that I like personally. This is our regular stop for all of our Pets needs.

I was surprised how big this store is from the outside, but it is very nice and has a nice selection of products. I cant say I have been impressed by the staff....many times they seem a bit red-necky, sometimes even bordering on rude, but I still shop there because their selection and prices are good.

Overall friendly staff and large selection of things to get for your small furries. Not as large as a PetSmart or Petco, but over all good choices and found some items that the latter doesnt have. Prices are pretty on par and enjoy taking your dog there too.

They will always help you no matter what it is. The people that work there are really nice. They have great sales when you use your pet supply card. Even without the card Thier regular prices are not bad either. Been using them since they opened.

Great place but I bought five items that were on sale and everyone of them rang up wrong had to go back in twice to get the money back. Make sure and pay attention when you check, make them change it even if they dont like it which they wont .

Love that its not a cavernous big box store. Sometimes their prices are higher than petsmart or petco but they run a lot of sales. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They carry a lot more high end and all natural products too.

Good place to go, the prices have gone up a bit though, but they always have great sales. The only thing I dont like about this place is it seems too crammed.
