I had "secret shoppers" follow me around one evening, it got really creepy! 2 normally dressed women kept "shopping" near me and looking at me. After a while I noticed a worker was pretending to clean up the store but actually just went and checked every item I put back on the rack-- I put a skirt in the shirt section on purpose to see what would happen and the worker went to look at the skirt but did not take it back to the skirt section- WEIRD, right? I started to think maybe I was going to get jumped in the parking lot or something (hey, a man got shot across the street at Home Depot recently, not a safe area) So I left and came back the next day to talk to the manager. I showed pics of the women+worker I took on my phone and the manager denied the store having "secret shoppers" and she pretended not to know which worker I was talking about [obviously the manager is a HUGE LIAR then]. I suggested she check the schedule and see which worker from last night it could be, manager told me she was too busy and basically walked away. If that ever happens to me again Im calling the police for my own safety.

I had gone to the Thornton Goodwill and donated a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff. I got out and unloaded everything. There was a woman in front of me that was taking something out of her truck that my son really wanted and I had offered to buy it from her. She told me to go ahead and take it. A man comes out after I had put it in my car and accused me of stealing it because it had touched the ground on their property. I apologized for not knowing and he proceeded to call me a thief. I told him to go ahead and take it out of my car, and he refused, telling to me just go. He was very nasty to me even after I had apologized and had just donated so much stuff. I donate there all of the time, but I will never, ever donate to the goodwill again!

hated it, first off this is a very dirty store, bathrooms are never stocked with toilet paper or paper towels, never go there on a 50 percent sale day there is no room to walk. parents just let their kids run wild around the store playing with the stuff they can get their hand on. last time i was in this store i was rudely spoken to by a cashier, she said i have cut in front of someone else in the line, but there was no one standing behind me at the time she said that to me and i was told to move out of her line and to get into another line so i left my cart of items and just walked out of the store and have never been back sense.

Horrible. I go to thrift stores all day long on Tuesdays ( Arc has 50% most of the store). I used to go to this location until local mgt decided they were Walmart. ALL the books are jammed into a few bookcases where they used to be in the bookshelves by the front. I would buy $20 a week. Now I havent been back in 3 months since they decided to move the books & use the book shelves for new sheets & whatever holiday is going on. Do yourself a favor & go to Arc

i was so happy to see a goodwill go up in the old walmart store, but its an awful place to shop at, every time i would stop in it was always so crowded you could hardly walk around and look at anything, the workers at this store are total rap on a stick! you can stand in the checkout lines and never get waited on!

The visit itself wasnt bad. Pretty much a run of the mill Goodwill, except for inclusion of cheap dollar store items for sale that were obviously not donated by persons of the community, my guess is to simply raise profits. So, do the proceeds of the items not donated still go to the community?

The prices are good on most items...but if there are two stickers the cashiers will only honor the highest price! Extremely rude about it as well! Im not sure that I would even come back here! The Arc may be more expensive on some items... but they have great customer service!

Price of camera in hot or cold here. They do at least carry some board games but not very many as I suspect they probably throw most of them away. You can sometimes get a good deal on furniture here and the staff is usually pretty pleasant.

Screw this place left something on hold to make room in my truck and they sold it while I made the trip back and forth. Havent been back to Goodwill in a while it looks like I probably wont be back to Goodwill in a long time after this

WARNING!!!! Many people in our apartment complex have gotten Bed Bugs from shopping here!!! They had to throw away their entire Bed and other furniture and clothes etc. Had to replace everything!

This thrift store has a great donation drop off on the side of the building. They ahead have a wind variety of just about everything. They try to keep it as organized as possible.

Waited at the cash register for 15 minutes-not an exaggeration. People in line were getting extremely agitated. Partly the cashiers fault-she seemed to be in slow motion.

Good selection. Very crowded on days where everything is 50% off. Lots of parents leave their kids in the toy section to play with toys while they continue shopping.

Whats not to love about thrift stores??? Got my daughter two pairs of name-brand jeans and a brand-new bikini (still had tags on it) for less than $9. :-)
