I have seven vehicles that I have serviced at discount tire in the past I wont let this experience Ive had ruin the business relationship that I have with discount tire itself but I will call out that this is by far the worst customer service ive ever experience at a discount tire location I sent one of my employees to put a patch on a tire and they told me they would not service the tire because it was the wrong size tire for the vehicle, fine thats the policy but when Im talking to EDDIE GARZA trying to negotiate with him to buy a new tire he says its a special order so Im in a position where they wont touch the tire and Id have to wait for the right size tire. I try to see if I can get him to patch it til the replacement comes in and he says no so I ask to speak to a manager he refused and told me he was a manager and that he would not do it so I insist that I speak to a different manager because Im not getting through to him on the importance of having my vehicle on the road the same day instead of telling me that he would try to have somebody call me or actually doing what I asked he just ignores me and passes the phone to my technician and walks away. Now Im pissed i ask my technician to get me his name and when he goes to ask him EDDIE GARZA walks away with no response. All that to say this Eddie doesnt care about your customers their needs or your business realationships and I would never have him manage a staff if thats how he treats people

Theres a guy name Chris excellent service, I went in because I had a nail in my tire the guy that helped me first when I went to pick up my car there was a different sales person gave my keys and said the tire is not good we need to order a tire it will be here between three to five days a whole week went by didnt get a call back. Went in because the spare tire need it air this is where Chris helped me looked in the computer and there was NO tire order at all. He assure me that it would be in next day within an hour her called me and said the tire is in. This is the Discount Tire in Copperfield. When I paid I wanted to use my credit card with Discount but didnt have it with me I asked the sales person to look up the number he made a face like it was a bother I told him never mind Ill use my debit card.

I brought 2 different vehicles in for simple balance and rotations. Both times I was met with resistance for a simple task. I had to walk out both times. The reason was their opinions as to what should and should not be done. I have been a mechanic for 15 years. I no longer have access to equipment so Im subject to someone else doing my work. I dont appreciate some one pushing their opinions on me as much as this shop. Thanx but no thanx. Never coming back Update :: 3/10/17 :: yet again this absurd company declines to mount brand new tires on my car for claims of safety. I went to NTB and they mounted them with no issues. This is my 2nd set of tires of the same brand and I never had an issue. Its seems more of an Ego issue with the staff and this place.

Had my tires rotated today and the tech said when giving it back a lug nut stud was bent and they couldnt get the lug nut back on. He said it was probably from another shop that did my shocks nine months ago. I spoke to the manager and asked what my options were since I knew the other shop wouldnt step up to the plate and fix it. He sent me over to another body shop and said discount would cover the cost. I couldnt be happier. I guess I could believe the story but since they took the tire off and it was fine previously, I felt they owned the issue. They did own it and made a life long customer in the process. It is rare to find a business that would be willing to do this. A++++++++++

The short red headed man at the counter was sweet.... but Bernie Macs stunt double .. the young black male that did my tires was really rude... he needs to be gone! He told me my tread was low on my tires, I said so what do I need to do? He said 2 new tires .. i explained to him i couldnt do anything at the moment but fix the flat .. he said well if you dont do anything soon youre going to have a blow out .. stormed off & got my car for me ... like a 2 year old!!!!!! He also forgot my hubcap decale thing ... he smashed it on all shitty .. made my whole experience bad... & its sad cause I liked everyone else.

I love this particular location, I called in and spoke with Rubio who went above and beyond to assist me with my tire issue after he had assisted me I informed him of my horrible experience that morning at location 11310 barker cypress location with their assistant manager Raymond Maldonado, he took the extra mile to apologize for my experience at that location even though it wasnt the location he worked at, I appreciate everything Rubio did for me and I will never go to another discount tire location other then 6602 Hwy 6 N. ever again even if I have to drive further! this location is well worth the drive!

I have been going to this location for several years now and all of the employees are the most experienced and most qualified to sell and install tires for your car hands down. The prices cant be beat and the fastest turnaround time you will experience no where else. Thanks Paul for the great deal on my tires and your professional management experience, and Ernest Villanueva for the great service on the sale and professional opinion on the tires for my truck.. Also thanks to all the professional installers that work at a super proficiency rate to get use out of there fast you guys Rock!!

Worst customer service and irresponsible. I bought 4 tires and installment from them. After 3 weeks one of the tire got a nail on. I drove to and asked them for help. They didnt wanna help! They tried to sell to me the new expensive tire and told me they would buy back the old tire. If There werent anyway to take the nail out and I couldnt use that tire again why did they wanna purchase it back? It was only 3weeks from the date I purchased from them. I went to another tire store they fixed it to me. How rediculous it was! I have never ever gone back to their store again!
