My husband and I were try get our Lotto numbers yesterday day night when the cashier was unable to process our numbers she called for the assistant manager Betty an error appeared on the machine and the asst manager had an horrible attitude saying "well I dont know what that means" my husband asked did he fill something out wrong? Betty said "well I dont play lotto so I dont know" completely unwilling to try and assist or find a solution as if she was being bothered. She was absolutely horrible!!!! I find that Walmart tends to hire the most awful people with the worst attitudes. Congratulations Betty you lost Walmart another customer. Theres a HEB down the street, we prefer to spend our money where employees are friendly.

I would be happier if their floor asistants stop pointing to where what you are looking for is and actually take you there and see that you find it. That would be helpful. I just came from there, an Asian woman was on the till. Infront of me there was anold man who was greeted well, was helped with packing the staff, was tganked and well wished as he left. Beautiful picture. Soon as it was my turn, the smile was gone. All I heard was a cold "Hi". She proceeded to start puting a whole lot of my staff in one bag that I had to separate them by myself. Not a single word word from her as I completed my checkout. Not even a thank you. Well, im black so I guess she didnt do anything wrong being at her position.

Called to see about whether or not the pharmacy had a certain medication in, which they seem to always not have. I have called other walmarts and have been told they can order it and to just check in to see if it has arrived. However this time I was told that I would have to bring the prescription in and then they would order it. As I stated this was never even suggested by other walmarts. The employee was curt. I do not plan on visiting or trying again despite wanting to bring my business there.

I visit this store at least twice a week if not more. The associates are very friendly and helpful, the food is always fresh and stock rotated the store is very clean. I even use the pharmacy. I have used the site to Store pickup as well. I am glad they put in a fuel station. I never knew about neighborhood walmart until I moved to Tx. I only visit the super walmart maybe twice a month.

Bad customer service by manager on duty. Register 7 was closed. 5 and 6 open. Customer bought cigarette from register 6. Manager refused to sell them to at register 5. Said I could wait in line at service desk. Manager has no idea what customer service is. Just follows the rules. Which if they could break the rule and sell from register 6 why not 5. Go figure.
