I want to give less than 1 star review, if there were another choice... I need to visit this particular store 3 times to get my flat tired fixed. - 1st visit on July 30th, told the sales person that the low tire pressure light is on and already went to another store and they showed me there is a metal industrial pin in the tire but because of the position of the pin that they cant fix it for me based on the company policy, thats why I am here. Then the sales person took my car. After being waiting for about 1-1/2 hour then my car is ready. Then the low pressure tire light came out again on Tue, Aug 2nd, I checked all 4 tires and found the low pressure from the same tire which had a problem, I aired it up, then light came off. Then the low pressure tire light came out again on Thur, Aug 4th, the same tire problem, I knew something is wrong with this tire, - 2nd visit on Thur, Aug 4th, I drove in to the store at 5:50pm before the store closed at 6:00pm, told the sales person I came last Sat on July 30th for flat tire, but now the same problem comes from the same tire again, the sales person took my car and I was waiting for about 1 hour and my car was ready. - 3rd visit on Friday Aug 5th, the morning when I was ready to go to work then saw the SAME TIRE is TOTALLY FLAT, I was SHOCKED, called the office take time off to fix the tire problem, then called the store that my car was repaired there just last night but now the tire is totally FLAT, I can not drive the car to the store, can you send a person come to get the spare tire on since I dont know how to get spare tire on and my house is only 4 miles away from the store, they say no, then I called the towing service for them to get my car to the store. Told the sales person that this is my 3rd time here for the same tire problem, obviously you guys did not fix the flat tire from last two time visits, now the tire is totally FLAT. Waiting for another 1-1/2 hours, finally my car flat tire got fixed. So can you tell me that if you were me, would you recommend Discount Tire to a friend? After the 2nd visit, if I would drive on freeway, would I get an accident? They put customers life in danger.

I have been a Discount Tire customer for many years and have purchased tires for all my vehicles . I came to this location because it has great reviews. And also because I have never had a problem with them, but this time everything was going well until I picked up my vehicle I noticed that three of my wheels were scratched on the lip of the rim. I spoke with the manager about it and he said to bring the car back to fix the scratches, so I bring my vehicle back and left it there the whole day ( so I had no car for a whole day ) and when I picked up the car it looked like they painted over the scratches with a touch up paint from auto zone. What a joke. My wheels were in perfect condition when I came to this business to get tires, which Thats all they specialize in, and now Im driving around with scratched wheels. I wish they would pay more attention to what theyre doing, and maybe handle their mistakes in a more professional manner. I did not receive an apology for this I guess it was my fault for choosing them for my new tires.

Im a long customer of Discount Tire and so far very impressed with their service (other locations). I visited this store to check out my 5th wheel trailer tires, which one of them had small cracks on the side wall all over. The employee told me that i can drive +2k miles with a tire which has small side wall cracks all over. I even offered that I buy new tire if this is not covered under the warranty I purchased earlier. According to him, there was no need to replace this tire. With a dangerous situation 30min later on hwy 6, this particular tire exploded and got myself and my family in danger and damaged my 5th wheel trailer!! The managers comment as of today is that I must have hit something on the road... No Sir, the front tire was and still is in great shape. Customer service is horrible with employees who shouldnt give any advise.

Overall my experience was good. They had my tires on my car and I was out the door in less than 2 hours. Also, received a rebate for $100 and I think my overall experience was good. Happy with tires and everything seems to be installed correctly without issue. The speakers were a little annoying, like there was too much bass and this made it difficult to hear what the sale rep was saying. I think he was speaking in a soft voice too. One complaint, the coffee pots were both empty and I asked for some and they never stopped to make new coffee. My husband purchased some tires today and they were supposed to call him to let him know his vehicle was ready. He never received a call and we went by and the car was ready and waiting. Over-communicating is not usually a bad thing with customer service.

Have taken many cars to DT over the years for tires. On my last visit I took a vehicle in just to get a flat repaired. After trying to sell me 4 new tires that I didnt need, they kept the car almost 3 hours and charged me $20 to break off the lug nuts because I didnt have a key for them. 2 days after "fixing" the flat, my tire was flat again. Pretty sure all they did was put air back in the tire. Even though they offer free flat repair, it seems unless your buying new tires, they really DGAF. I would have been happy to pay for the flat repair if I knew it would be fixed properly. Dont offer a service if youre not going to follow through. Especially when you make someone wait 3 hours. Wont ever buy another tire from them again.

As I am a small business owner I like supporting small businesses. Discount Tire is not a small business. HOWEVER: I purchased a set of tires from them for my truck (fast and professional service) and had them installed. I had a problem with the sidewall on one of the tires and when I went to redeem the "certification" on the tire we came to find out it had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Scott Sherman, Jose Sosa, and Lee went out of their way to help me and found a comparable tire after spending a lot of time trying to find a match for the set I already had. A smile and a handshake at the door, fast professional service, helpful beyond what was expected or necessary. These guys just made me a customer for life.

I wanna give a -3.8/5. Terrible, yes they switch your tires but I HATE that they drive your car. I wouldve rated this a -4/5 but I give an extra .2/5 for an OKAY (not good or great) service. If you wanna drive my car you will have to pay me $250 if you let me ride along, $375 if you let me ride along part of the time and $500 if you dont let me ride along at all. Plus extra if you mess with my radio. Sorry for being harsh, but I dont like this place!!! Please google, or whoever is not letting me give less than 1 star, PLEASE READ THIS, SOME (not all, some are 1 star, fractions of a star, a little over 1 star, negative stars, etc) ARE ONLY 0 STARS, IF YOU LET US RATE 0, ITLL BE BETTER, IN SOME CASES BUT NOT ALL.
