I do not often give a Five Star review, in fact this is only the second time. Previously, I had stopped in Dyersburg, Tennessee to have my front tires balanced and was given terrible service there. Too, the vibration that I had been experiencing was subsequently worse. Upon arriving at the Tire and Lube Express in the back of this Walmart, I express my concerns to the service writer and she took note of everything I said. What I told her was that I just had them balanced and that now the vibration is worse. Also, I asked if my van would not be raised by the body lift because it will damage the vehicle. Then to make sure the van does not get put on the body lift, she goes outside, gets the van and drives it into a stall that does not have a body lift. When the technician begins work on my van, he asked me about my concerns. He also asked if I have checked to see if the suspension could be the problem. I told him I just had new shocks, tie rod ends, and bushings installed and then had the front end aligned by a master Ford mechanic and that he said the suspension was in great shape, He then asked if I have balanced the rear tires, to which I said yes and that the same mechanic told me if the vibration is on the steering wheel it is coming from the front and if you feel the vibration on your but, it is coming from the rear end. The technician then spun the wheels and stopped after each spin to show me the results. Both tires when spun before removing the weights were not zeroed. In fact, he said that they were quite a bit off. Then he removed the old weights, spun the wheels again and then added weights. Finally, when he spun the wheels with the new weights, he call me in to show me that they balanced out with all zeros. This is the kind of service that I look to receive when I take my van in to have work done on it and I especially want to thank Thomas and Bert for all there expertise and care in servicing my vehicle.

Like any Walmart across America it has enough variety to please anybody. A very useful store for locals and travelers alike. However there is a little bit of an arrogance and an attitude to the clerks. But is still very good quality store, reasonable Fabric and Sporting Good Department. And plenty of toys for young kids. The seasonal specials are always useful. On a personal note, I have never trusted a Walmart auto department. I had a bad experience with an oil change I have not had that experience with this Walmarts automotive center, but I do not recommend any Walmart for General mechanical maintenance. Auto Parts however, is a different matter. Overall, no matter where I go Ive been happy with franchise.

As far as a Walmart can go, this one is about what to expect. Lackadaisical employees, unkept shelf stock, people who are just rude to customers without reason. But theres no other option for finding just about anything you need in one place. If you dont care about time, go to G&W on the other end of town for produce. Then find home supplies at Ace Hardware. And theres a small Sears, too. Whatever you can do to not have to come to Walmart. Its like at Walmart, the customer is just a wallet.

The selection of cut meat is not as good as the other area walmarts. The service at the deili was the worst service Ive ever received. It took forever for anyone to ask us if we needed help even though we were the only one standing there and three employees saw us and ignored us. When we were helped the guy treated us like we were interrupting him . He rolled his eyes and sighed heavily. Never coming here again. Ill drive further next time to avoid the crappy employees they hire.

Rude employees/management. Do not under any circumstances try to coupon or price match. They pay no attention to corporate policy. They are very rude if you even ask to price match. If you give them a courtesy warning that you are couponing, they instantly call over 2-3 members of management to over see the entire transaction (which is fine if you dont mine utter embarrassment of other customers thinking you are robbing the place).

I despise this store! Ive been waiting for assistance at the paint counter for over fifteen minutes and thats after I called the store and had them page someone to assist me. I could go on and on about this place, but Ill stop right there. I dont come here anymore unless Im needing something quick that I cant find anywhere else in town!

Most of the people smile and say how. Most ask if can help you find something, and most take you there. Often hear employees complaining about another employee when customers are right there. Very unprofessional. Not only the younger staff, but all ages.

This Walmart seems to always have long lines, with very few checkers. Once you find a product you really like, they seem to never carry it again. The staff as a general rule is ok to talk with but not very knowledgeable or seems to be of much help.

The help always has attitudes and you dont feel welcome.I feel like its a hurry up and buy and leave method.you dont feel appreciated as a customer and I feel that people watch you all the time.it makes it hard to shop in peace.

Its a big box walmart. Just like in every other city. The prices arent always the same on the tag as you pay. Its got a pharmacy and grocery store. Subway inside. Staff was friendly. Its a walmart just like most others.

It is a standard Wal Mart Supercenter. one refreshing detail, however, is that their parking lot is easy to navigate--not some crazy maze like a lot of the newer Wal Marts.

Always crowded isles. Staff is usually friendly but should be more attentive to their customers. There didnt seem to be anyone around when I needed help with a product

Shelves are always stocked but need more cashiers. Always wait in line 20 minutes to checkout. They do have Self-Check if you have 20 items or less
